Getting a Hand on Glove Etiquette: 4 Essential Things Every Bride Should Know

By Sherrie Thompson Gloves add dignity and grace to your wedding ensemble. The proper gloves will lend an air of elegance to this special occasion. However, because modern women do not wear gloves as often as perhaps our mothers or grandmothers did in the past, choosing the proper gloves and knowing the rules of wearing them can be intimidating. Glove Style Glove etiquette is a reflection of the times. Historically, the length of the glove was directly related how formal the affair and the time of day. Today, however, with more relaxed social rules, the length of the glove is a more adequate reflection of fashion-the color and style of your dress are the most important factors in choosing the proper glove. Your wedding gloves should complement your dress. Choose simple gloves to wear with an ornate gown. Conversely, a simple gown allows for fancier gloves. Remember the goal is to enhance not to overwhelm. While the traditional color for gloves is white, your wedding gloves should match your dress in color and texture-white with white, ivory with ivory. The texture of your gloves should be similar to that of your dress. Silk gloves go perfectly with a silk gown. Other materials such as kidskin, satin, or lace are also appropriate, depending on the style of the dress. Glove Length Glove lengths range from 1-button, ending at the wrist, to 20-button, ending at the shoulder. The length you choose should complement your sleeve length. Generally, the shorter the sleeve, the longer the glove-a sleeveless or strapless gown would dictate a glove that comes to the upper arm. Elbow length gloves (12-button) should be chosen for dresses with either cap sleeves or elbow length sleeves. Shorter gloves (6-button and shorter) are reserved for dresses with longer, more fitted sleeves. It is important to remember that while the sleeve of the gown and the glove may meet, it is never proper for a glove to cover the sleeve of a dress. Exchanging of the Rings During the exchanging of rings, you may either remove the glove from the left ring finger by slitting the fabric underneath and lifting it over the finger or you may choose to remove the glove altogether. If you remove the glove, simply give it to the maid of honor at the same time you pass your bouquet. It's a good idea to practice removing your glove several times before your wedding to ensure a smooth transition. After the rings have been exchanged, simply pull the glove back down over the finger. If the glove has been removed, leave it off until after the ceremony. Remember to put your gloves back on for photographs. During the Reception At the reception, your gloves should be kept on in the receiving line and for special dances with your groom and your father. As it is never acceptable to eat or drink while wearing gloves, you should remove your gloves before cutting your wedding cake. As the more formal aspects of your wedding are now complete, you may wish to take off your gloves, relax, and enjoy your party! There Are a Lot of Fish in Florida

By Richard Chapo While there is a rabid nightlife, great watering holes and stunning beaches, Florida was made for angling. Here is the scoop on angling trips in Florida While many fishermen would consider a perfect angling trip to be one that takes place on a freshwater lake or river, there are other types of angling available for fishermen looking for a different experience. Angling on the open water of the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico can make your trip to the southern United States both exciting and memorable. Angling trips in Florida are an interesting alternative to the usual Florida destinations of Disney World and the beach. Florida offers two types of angling: salt water angling (on the Gulf or the ocean) or freshwater angling. While angling trips in Florida commonly focus on the salt water angling, it is important to note that freshwater angling here can also be fun. While lakes are scarce (the few freshwater lakes in the state are either private or restricted), but there are also miles and miles of freshwater drainage canals that offer some species of freshwater fish, such as largemouth bass and panfish. These areas are usually fished by the locals, and not many people will take a special trip to Florida just to catch these common fish. Angling trips in Florida are usually marked by deep sea angling. Southwest Florida (places in the area around Naples, Florida, for example) holds the best variety and quality backwater salt water angling. The four major fish types that fishermen come here to catch are the snook, spotted seatrout, redfish and tarpon. If you're lucky enough to catch one of each species, you can brag about getting a grand slam. The angling here is especially good because of the area's strict rules about marine cleanliness and keeping the area pristine for aquatic life. This area also includes the Mangrove Coast and Rookery Bay, which is an Aquatic Preserve. While in this area, there are many places to stay. From cabins to hotels, there's a spot that will fit your budget and make your trip to Florida's angling areas comfortable. Naples also offers other activities for those members of your party who might not be as interested in angling, from the beautiful beaches to the natural wonders of the area, such as dolphins and manatees. Florida can be a fisherman's paradise the different types of angling available, combined with the excellent climate and perfect angling conditions make angling trips in Florida both unique and enjoyable. Choosing a trip here can mean both freshwater and salt water angling in the same vacation, which is great for that true fish lover. Pond Weed Clean-Up: A Neighborhood Effort

By Dale Orlando After answering several inquiries regarding our success at eradicating weeds from Sluice Pond and raising funds to establish weed control, I thought an article describing a successful process would help others in Massachusetts and New England. A brief history-Sluice Pond is a 50+ acre body of water with approximately 165 homes that abut the pond. Sluice Pond, fed by the Cedar Brook and natural springs, is one of five ponds located 10 miles Northeast of Boston that meander in a Strawberry Necklace through Lynn, MA to the Atlantic. There is a public boat ramp in a northern cove at Briarcliff Lodge that enables the general public to access the pond for boating, fishing and swimming from their boats. The pond has 12 deeded right of ways that each enable about 65 property holders on nearby parcels to egress (enter or leave the pond). These pond paths were once water access paths for cattle, which were deeded to neighbors when older farms and estates were divided into building lots. Basically, there is a good deal of access to the pond as a four seasons recreational resource for both the general public at the boat ramp and through deeded egress for neighbors via the paths. The same public access is true at neighboring Flax Pond, which has a public beach for swimming. These access points helped us to qualify for public funding. Evaluation & Water Level Last summer Sluice Pond was at the lowest water level in 20 years due to a new gate system that remained open and there was tremendous weed growth. Preliminary research (backed by the experts in the evaluation process) showed that some of the rapid weed growth might be due to the low water level, which enabled more sunlight to hit the ever present weeds on the bottom of the pond in a greater number of places than usual causing rapid growth along the shore. This year the Sluice Pond Association designated a Gate Liaison who communicates regularly with the local water commission and the water level has been much higher. Consequently, there are fewer weeds visible than this point in the summer last year, even in the coves which are largely overgrown by now. No treatment for weeds has taken place yet. We continue to record and investigate water level weed control. Weeds are also plants and respond to fertilizer run off from abutters lawns, so we have initiated an effort to ask abutters to please not fertilize near the lake edge. After several discussions regarding the abundant weed growth last summer, we called Aquatic Control Technologies, ACT (there are only two weed treatment groups in the state). ACT had been the choice in 2001 when the pond received a chemical treatment. ACT sent an evaluation team upon request, a free service. They went around the shoreline in a boat last November to inspect the weeds and to provide us with an evaluation of the types of weeds present. They gave us a preliminary estimate for the treatment. I wrote up a summary of everything they said including that we did not have Milfoil, a weed that has been treated successfully biologically with weevils that eat the weeds and die. Other weeds don't have these biological solutions, like weevils that eat Milfoil. Our weeds included native Broadleaf and other invasive weeds (brought in by boats), but not Milfoil. The Milfoil was successfully treated by ACT in 2001 and has not returned. Dredging was discussed since that was the choice method 25 years ago for one of our coves. Today it's too costly and not as effective as the chemical treatments available. ACT also provides dredging services, but not often on larger bodies of water now that safer chemicals are available. Sluice Pond is not a drinking water supply pond, so our estimate was much less than the hundreds of thousands of dollars in estimates for some communities that are trying to treat their water supply ponds. All of the chemicals ACT proposed using have been EPA tested and approved with no detectable effect on fish or wildlife in proper doses. The application requires 1-3 days of no swimming, fishing or boating and no use of the lake water for irrigation for 90 days. Since Sluice Pond is not in an endangered species zone; all that was required was a permit from the state DEP and approval of the local Conservation Commission. The license is good for 3 years in this state. It helped that our local city councilor works for the state in environmental protection. We received the information we needed easily regarding the permitting process, the application and the timeline for hearings. He helped manage the timetable for local hearings with the Conservation Commission. Funding
We have received city, state and perhaps federal funds for the Lynn Ponds Restoration Project and conducted successful private fund raising. We only knew that finding funds would be necessary after we had an evaluation and an estimate for treatment in hand. Based on 2001 when the weed treatment cost the Sluice Pond Association $3,500 we initially thought we could get the money together from our local fund raisers without grants. After the evaluation brought in an estimate closer to $20,000 only for immediate weed treatment without a long term maintenance plan, we knew we needed assistance. We requested and received information from ACT about the treatment, wrote a plain English, non-scientific summary to notify pond property owners and abutters of our intentions. We held meetings to organize the Sluice Pond Association, elect a Board of Directors and organize a Weed committee. We created a web site at www.sluice.org to help us raise funds. Prior to submitting our application for treatments with the city and state, we took the information from the ACT evaluation of our weed problem and (1) vetted the issue among property owners and abutters with the newsletter,
(2) hand carried notices to all abutters every other week for six week prior to the local public hearings,
(3) held several SPA meetings prior to the official meetings to hear concerns,
(4) asked our city councilor to attend eight monthly meetings and to plan the project with us so that we could get help to secure funds from the city and the state,
(5) set up a tax exempt organization, an organizational budget and a project budget,
(6) submitted an application for federal assistance from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to be used with other funding sources and the city/state,
(7) held a raffle and raised money for ACT to complete the initial permit applications for the state and city,
(8) attended the official hearings with ACT to make a presentation and an appeal,
(9) worked with our local state reps to access state funds in case the federal money did not emerge and
(10) worked with our local city councilors to get the Parks Commission, Water Commission and City to provide matching funds for grants and help with permits. Whatever your situation, a publicly used recreational pond might qualify for weed treatment funding. If it is a private use pond with no public uses you might want to get an estimate from ACT (free) or a local water technology group and then determine if the abutters can handle financing the treatment or if there is some private support through local foundations with interest in preservation of land in your city or town. We did the majority of the work to preserve a recreation area used by us, our neighbors and the public. But our motivation actually came from (1) not wanting to see people drown in our backyards, tangled in weeds and
(2) the Supreme Court's decision in Connecticut to take away personal property and give it to developers. Long Term Maintenance
The Sluice Pond Association is still in the process of developing a long-term maintenance plan for weed control. We are busy sharing our fortunes at fund raising by first and foremost getting results for Sluice Pond, providing neighboring ponds with assistance in organizing or fiscal management and providing information for other citizens groups. Sluice Pond is a 5-15 minute walk from a beautiful publicly maintained golf course and the nation's 2nd largest urban park, Lynn Woods. Greater Lynn Senior Services is on the pond and we have many elder neighbors who have resided here their entire lives. However, we are just down the hill from private land developments behind the local Union Hospital. Hopefully our state legislature will pass very stringent laws in Massachusetts regarding the taking of private property by imminent domain for "public good" that turns out to be "good" primarily for a tiny handful of developers. We are protecting ourselves and each other from economic predators by using the common issue of the pond weeds to create a strong, local citizens organizations that will not tolerate private property largess at town hall. We stay in close contact with the local ward councilor and city councilors-at-large. The new Board of Directors appointed a Government Liaison representative who attends every city hall meeting regardless of relevance to our pond. We are happy to supply any other groups of citizens who are trying to organize with information about our process. Dale Orlandos background is in community and organizational development, grants writing and web development. She credits her success in large part to many wonderful volunteers and staff of large and small organizations with can-do attitudes. This was the first fund raising venture of Polaris Production LLC, http://www.PolarisProduction.com, into environmental issues instead of health and human services. The funding process is very similar so contact us for help. Visit us at http://www.NewEnglandUSA.com. Light Up the Night! Quick Facts about Outdoor Lighting

By Debbie Rodgers When the days start to get shorter, the darkness may drive us inside from our porches, patios or decks. Dont despair outdoor lighting can lengthen the day and dramatically extend the potential of our outdoor living spaces. The first step, as with any project, is to plan. How do you want to use this space after dark, and what lighting will you need? Lighting can be summarized in four categories: Security lighting is needed in highly vulnerable areas of your property. Because it is bright and often motion activated, keep it away from the living areas so that its not distracting. Alternatively, have your security lighting on a manual on/off switch so that you can override automatic illumination. Task lighting is for performing specific activities such as grilling or walking safely up and down steps and along paths. You should place task lighting between your eyes and the object that needs to be lighted and should take care that it does not glare. An overly bright light will blind rather than guide. Accent lighting adds drama or can highlight an unusual feature. Uplighting, for example can illuminate an interesting piece of statuary. Silhouetting, achieved by placing a light between an object and a fence or wall, dramatically displays an unusual tree or bush. General or ambient lighting provides overall illumination so that people feel comfortable and look good. The most magical of lighting imitates what is found in nature moonlight or starlight. Moonlighting is produced by hanging lights in mature trees, pointing downward to produce a dappled effect, as if the area were lit by a full moon. The look of starlight can be achieved through the use of flickering candles, sprinkled here and there throughout the space, or by suspending tiny lights in the branches of a tree to create a sparkling night time canopy. Of course, there are many other attractive types of light some just plain fun! No matter what type of lighting you choose, it will be powered by one of these sources. Fire is the oldest source of light and considered by some to be the most romantic. Flames, produced by candles or oil-burning lamps, are warm and flattering to faces, and have a hypnotic effect that induces calm and relaxation. Firelight on reflected surfaces such as ponds, mirrors and even gazing balls is a particularly effective way to create atmospheric lighting and enhance the impression of light. Try snaking a row of candles along a garden path or suspending them in glass jars from branches. An array of tiki burning torches can add an exotic touch to your patio area. Although torches are designed to withstand a reasonable amount of wind, its best to provide as much protection as possible to any open flame and never leave one unattended. Solar-powered lights are an easy and portable choice for outdoor lighting. Some lights have a collector panel that can be concealed behind shrubbery, while others contain their own energy cell and absorb the suns rays even on a cloudy day. Battery-operated and rechargeable units are also wireless and very portable while in use. Line-powered or hard-wired lights are connected to the electrical system of your home. Weatherproof lamps may be plugged directly into an outdoor socket. Wire for lighting that is further from the house runs through buried conduits. The most permanent of outdoor lighting, it is also the most expensive, sometimes costing in the tens of thousands of dollars. It should be installed by a licensed electrician. Low-voltage units also connect to the electrical system of your home, but are fitted with a transformer that reduces the electrical current from 120 volts to a safer supply of 12 volts. Although they are less durable than line-powered fixtures, they are also a lot less expensive and are ideal for a small outside space where only short cable runs are required. They are designed for an easy do-it-yourself installation. Whatever your light source, keep these tips in mind: Less is more in lighting. Be subtle: try to hide lights where possible and use a low watt bulb. Avoid setting lights in straight lines up and down paths, drives or patio edges. This airport runway effect is a very common error. Yellow lights are unflattering to both people and plants. Where possible, install blue-white bulbs or purchase daylight-blue filters for your fixtures. Position outside lights where they are easily accessible for changing light bulbs. Investing in long-life outdoor bulbs will make the maintenance even easier. With any unit requiring electricity, use the protection of ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCI) on all outdoor circuits. Dont let the sun dictate the use of your outdoor space. Antiviral Drugs For Herpes Treatment

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Yury_Bayarski] Yury Bayarski The major drugs developed to work against herpes simplex virus (HSV) are antiviral agents called nucleosides and nucleotide analogues, which block viral reproduction. They include acyclovir (Zovirax), valacyclovir (Valtrex), famciclovir (Famvir). The antiviral medications available in pill form have been specifically developed for the treatment of genital herpes. Antiviral medications may significantly lessen the severity of a primary outbreak and reduce the time it takes genital herpes outbreaks to heal. The medication also decreases the number of days of painful symptoms and for some people, the number of days you can spread the virus. Antiviral medication is most effective if it is taken when you first notice the prodromal symptoms (tingling and pain) of a recurrent genital herpes outbreak and if they are taken for the next 5 to 7 days or until symptoms go away. Some people with frequent recurrent outbreaks (more than 6 recurrences a year) take antiviral medication every day (suppressive therapy) to help reduce the frequency and duration of recurrent outbreaks. Brief History Acyclovir (brand name Zovirax) is the oldest of the antiviral medications. It has been available since 1982 in a topical form (as an ointment) and sold since 1985 in pill form. Now acyclovir is available in a generic form. Valtrex (valacyclovir) was the second antiviral medication to come to market in the United States, and it was approved by the FDA in December 15, 1995. Valtrex is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline. Valtrex is a prodrug of acyclovir, meaning that the body converts it to acyclovir after it has been absorbed. This medication delivers acyclovir more efficiently so that the body absorbs much of the drug, which has the advantage of taking the medication fewer times during the day. Famvir (famciclovir) is a prodrug manufactured by Novartis. When taken, the body converts it to the long-acting antiviral drug penciclovir. Like valacyclovir, it is well absorbed, persists for a longer time in the body, and can be taken less frequently than acyclovir. Mechanism of action Antiviral agents reduce viral replication by inhibiting viral DNA synthesis, needed to reproduce itself. This helps to keep the virus inactive. Approved indications and uses Acyclovir is indicated for:
treatment of initial episodes and the management of recurrent episodes of genital herpes treatment of acute herpes zoster (shingles) treatment of chickenpox (varicella)
Valacyclovir is indicated for:
treatment or suppression of genital herpes and for the suppression of recurrent genital herpes reduction of transmission of genital herpes treatment of herpes zoster treatment of cold sores (herpes labialis)
Famciclovir is indicated for:
treatment or suppression of recurrent genital herpes treatment of acute herpes zoster
Efficacy Clinical studies have not found any significant differences in effectiveness among the three medications. All are quite safe, very rarely producing any side effects at all. For the treatment of first genital herpes infections, oral acyclovir or valacyclovir is preferable to famciclovir. The efficacy of famciclovir for initial episode genital herpes infection has not been established. Intravenous acyclovir is used to treat serious flare-ups or outbreaks that effect internal organs. Adverse reactions and side effects All these agents are well tolerated and have excellent safety records. Possible side effects from oral agents include nausea, vomiting, headache, fatigue, tremor, and very rarely, seizures. They can effect the kidney, however, and people with kidney problems should use them with caution and at lower doses. Intravenous administration increases the risk for kidney problems and can cause blood clots at the injection site. In rare cases, it can cause central nervous system complications. Pharmacokinetics Acyclovir has poor bioavailability of about 20% and a short half-life, which necessitates frequent dosing. Acyclovir speeds healing of lesions and suppress viral shedding if taken within 24 hours of the first indication of a recurrent episode. Early treatment may even prevent the development of lesions in some patients. Valacyclovir provides a unique mechanism of enhancing the oral bioavailability of the parent compound, acyclovir. Valacyclovir is a prodrug converted to acyclovir in the intestine and liver. It has better bioavailability (about 55%) and has a longer duration of action than acyclovir. Thus, valacyclovir requires less frequent dosing than acyclovir. Valacyclovir is most effective if taken within 24 hours of the first signs of an outbreak. Famciclovir is a prodrug for the active metabolite penciclovir. Famciclovir is converted into its active compound within the infected cell by contact with an enzyme from the virus. It has high bioavailability of 77%. It remains active in the body longer than acyclovir (half the dose is still active after 10 to 20 hours) and, like valacyclovir, requires less frequent dosing (usually two or three times a day). It is most effective if taken within six hours of onset of symptoms. Both Famciclovir and valacyclovir have greater oral bioavailability that acyclovir. Famciclovir and valacyclovir, which are better absorbed by the body, can be taken less often than acyclovir. The simpler dosing schedule of famciclovir and valacyclovir, allows patients more convenient dosing regimens with less interruption of their activities of daily living. Yo-Yo Dieter, Break The Cycle

By Lisa Mills Recently I was reduced to wearing tracksuits. Was this because I was on a health kick? Or because I was lounging around? No, it was because they have elasticated waists and they are the only clothes I could fit into. Every fat person who wants to lose weight has a moment when they decide enough is enough and they go on a diet. If you are like me that moment happens fairly frequently, perhaps once every 2 or 3 months. The chain of events following that moment are as follows: life changing event - decide to diet, stock up on low calorie, low fat, tasteless foods, diet fails - heap the pounds on. This chain of events is one that most yo-yo dieters will recognise. Every time we diet we lose weight and then put more on. Why is this? It is simple really. When us fatties go on a diet we assume it is only temporary. Therefore we change our eating habits but only for a while. We keep reassuring our subconscious that this change of diet is not forever and soon we can go back to eating the foods that we love as opposed to the foods that the diet book says we should love. When we have had enough of the foods that we dislike so much we go back to our usual diet but we eat more to make up for the weeks (or days) we werent able to eat normally. It is for this reason that diets dont work. If you follow naturally slim people you will see that they very rarely watch what they eat and they certainly dont count calories. The trick really isnt what you eat but how much of it. Fat people are doomed whichever way you look at it. Because we have over eaten in the past our stomachs hold more food and therefore our appetite is bigger. What suffices Kate Moss isnt even going to touch the sides where I am concerned. If we reduce what we eat our metabolic rate decreases and our bodies prepare us for impending starvation. Over the years I have tried many diets and other methods to lose weight. The result of all these methods is that I reached the heaviest weight I have ever been. A summary of some of the methods is below. Atkins Diet great weight loss initially. Bad breath a massive side effect. Repetitious meals meant interest was lost after a month. Rosemary Conley just a normal diet for lettuce lovers. Keep fit video got on my nerves because that cheesy grin doesnt leave her face. Weightwatchers points system makes sense but is difficult to follow and takes time to record. Appetite Suppressants I dont eat because I am hungry, I eat because I am happy, sad, content, depressed and stressed. No help whatsoever, but cost an awful lot of money to find out. GI diet too much green stuff for my liking. Blood Type diet whoever heard such rubbish? And there have been many more. I have recently discovered the way to lose weight and keep it off. Get ready for a ground-breaking revelation... EAT LESS AND EXERCISE MORE! Not what you wanted to hear? I didnt either, but read on and hear me out. There are many reasons why we over eat. My triggers were my emotions. I ate whenever an emotion kicked in, like sadness, happiness, depression, stress and many others. I was miserable because I over ate so I ate some more. I was stressed that none of my clothes fitted so I ate some more. We react this way because we have programmed our minds to think this way. The only way out of this cycle is to reprogramme our minds. I have recently discovered Paul Mckenna the leading hypnotist. His dvd about slimming reprogrammes your mind to help you control your eating pattern. He advises you of some basic rules and reiterates them throughout the dvd, enforcing them into your subconscious. In a nutshell he advises you to; eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full, eat what you like, cook fresh produce where you can and exercise more. The eat what you like bit was what did it for me. Through his programme I now recognise the signs that I am full, whereas before I just happily munched my way through the next bag of family size sweets and reached for the indigestion tablets. I now find myself walking to the local shops rather than driving and I try to find foods that are fresh rather than mass produced in a factory in China. The results have been excellent. I still have a few stone to go but I really dont feel that I am on a diet. I eat what I like, when I like and therefore boredom doesnt kick in. As the weight drops off I have found that I have more energy and am able to do more exercise. This has to be the longest and most successful diet I have ever been on. Stop looking for the miracle weight loss diet or the next big diet pill breakthrough, you are just wasting time. Treat yourself, get into hypnosis and break the yo-yo diet habit. Exhibit Booth Set-Up

By Ron Adler So youve made it through the Trade Show Planning & Budgeting phase, you've learned how to Create Winning Display, and now you are ready for The Trade Show Experience! The key to successful exhibiting is planning. From getting your booth there to booth staffing to the return trip home, we've got tips on planning for success. Preparing to Go. You have no doubt done extensive planning and prep work before heading to the show including travel planning, staff planning, materials and display set-up planning, and prepping all of the on-site materials from your Trade Show Toolkit Checklist. And because there is so much to keep track of, we advise creating a Show Notebook that you carry with you on the way that includes: Content lists and tracking numbers for all boxes being shipped Names and contact info for all booth items that you ordered (lead retrieval system, internet access, flowers, cleaning service, etc.) Travel itineraries and hotel information for booth staff Cell phone numbers for booth staff Names and contact info for on-site services Upon Arrival. Have plan for booth staff to meet on show floor to help set up your display. When you arrive at the show, make sure all items have arrived at your booth and/or at your hotel. If anything is missing, check with the event center staff to locate missing items or track packages. Booth Set-Up. Obey event center rules for set-up! Most convention centers have union staff and require that exhibits needing tools for assembly be set-up by the union staff. If you have such a display, it's a good idea to be present during the assembly to be sure that set-up is being done to your specifications. Allow yourself plenty of time for set-up. You may find that you are missing an item or two or that a light bulb has burned out. Allowing extra time to take care of those unexpected items will save you from running around the morning of the show! Booth Set-Up Tip Whenever possible, when choosing to purchase or rent a display, explore your options for displays that do not require tools for assembly. Display manufacturers have become masters of creating even large-scale displays that do not require tools for assembly! Have Back-Up Plans. Prior to traveling to the show, it's a good idea to locate key vendors in the vicinity of the event location just in case you need them. Many common items such as photocopying are available through the event company managing the show, but can be pricey. Key vendors may include quick printers, a source for fresh flowers and candy, and a drug store for light bulbs, batteries, tape, aspirin and other essential booth supplies. Bad Credit Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jennifer_Bailey]Jennifer Bailey Whenever a person falls into bad credit, his financial records are blemished with this undesirable mark, making almost impossible for him to get a new credit line. But this was the past. Nowadays, several financial institutions believe that everyone deserves a second chance when it comes to getting a credit line. For some people, getting a credit line means getting back on their feet. Whether an individual plans to purchase a new car, or he wants to use the loan as principal to setup a new business, he would need a loan to finance something that will get him back on track. There are several companies that offer bad credit loans. The processing usually takes 24 hours, a good lead time to cater to an immediate need. Rates Getting a bad credit loan requires no collateral. Financial institutions understand that a person with bad credit history most likely do not have much property that can serve as a collateral. To compensate for the lack of collateral, financial institutions usually set interest rates much higher than any bank rates. These rates sometimes may seem illogically high, but financial institutions place these rates to protect themselves. The risk of the possibility that the debtor does not have the ability to pay back the loan is factored in to the rates. And armed with the fact that a person would not be given a loan by any bank given his financial history is something that these institutions capitalize on. Warning Before availing of any bad credit loan, it is important to compute the rates and understand how much he needs to pay for the monthly amortization. Getting the loan has responsibilities that the debtor needs to fulfill and if he is unable to meet payments, getting a loan may just dig him deeper in a financial crisis he is already facing. Your Free Agent Career -- It's the Perfect Time to Apply Some CPR

By Chris King This is always a good time of year in which to reflect on where we've been and where we are going. It is also the perfect opportunity to plan ways to infuse our careers as free agents with extra "life." So, let's give them some CPR. C stands for Consistency; P stands for Patience; and R stands for Responsibility. C stands for Consistency. How consistent are you in pursuing the areas important for your future? Free agents tend to fall into the class known as "Creatives." Creative people often jump from one task to another, which keeps us enthusiastic, always thinking and busy. But, the downside is that we don't add the consistency needed for success to our marketing, our setting and pursuing the necessary goals, our life-long learning, our networking, and to the overall strategy of our business. Consistency pays off! It is not easy to set a particular schedule for all of the tasks we have to perform -- I know. My greatest challenge it to keep my life on track. How consistently do you market, even when you have more projects than you can handle? How consistently do you take time to set written goals and review them? How consistently do you take classes and read the latest books and magazines in your areas of interest and career aspirations? How consistently do you take the time to attend networking events and meetings and/or stay in touch with people you can help or can help you in the future? Have you taken the time to form a business strategy and do you follow it consistently? P stands for Patience. How patient are you about waiting for the results? As creative people, we are always generating new and exciting ideas. The problem is that we may pursue the new idea for a short time. Then when nothing happens quickly, we abandon that idea or practice and try something else. I am not suggesting that you stick with one and only one idea. I am suggesting, however, that I have found that if I pursue a good idea consistently, and remain patient, I reap the rewards and benefits eventually. Lack of patience and belief that an idea will work with time are the enemies! R stands for Responsibility. We are the ones who are responsible for ourselves and our lives. Even though I know that bad things can happen to good people, I also know that we are responsible for how we react to those "bad things." Yes, even when life isn't fair (and it often isn't), even when we suffer rejection (and a lot abounds for free agents), and even when we are out of work and out of money (I've been there, and it isn't fun), I still know that I am responsible for my life and my situation. I can sit around (or lie down), moan, groan and complain about the problems and vicissitudes of my life, or I can take responsibility and move forward. I may sound like a Pollyanna, but if there is one lesson I've learned it is that Earl Nightingale was correct when he said that the World's Greatest Secret is, "We become what we think about all day long." If we believe that no matter how hard our life's position appears to be at the time, if we take responsibility for our thoughts and our future, apply our ideas on a consistent basis and remain patient, we will succeed. So, apply CPR to your life and career, and 2006 will be your best year yet! Chris King is a free agent, professional speaker, storyteller, writer, website creator / designer, and fitness instructor. Abuse of ADD/ADHD Stimulant Medications

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Craig_Broussard] Craig Broussard Among the most common treatments for both adults and children with ADHD is stimulant medications. However, this type of drug is stirring up a great deal of controversy with its growing track record for abuse risks, especially among teens and adults. True, when used properly, these medications provide significant results in improving the quality of life of ADHD sufferers, however, the role it is playing as a habit forming drug when improperly utilized. Among the most common of these stimulant medications are the ever famous Ritalin, as well as Dexedrine and Adderall. Though addiction does not occur in children, where the dosage is better monitored by parents and doctors, among adults and adolescents, these substances can easily be abused, and those who abuse them can very rapidly become addicted. This is not to say that these stimulant medications always cause addictions. When used properly, the risk is very slim that an addiction could occur. It is among those who misuse the drugs that addiction becomes possible. What has been found, though, is that adolescents and adults with ADHD are at a much higher risk to abuse drugs when given the chance. Therefore, since they are the ones being treated by the stimulant medications, they become much more prone to creating an addiction, commonly through overuse. However, these stimulant drugs dont give the abusers the euphoria they are trying to achieve by overusing them. Worse, is the fact that some alcoholics and drug abusers craving stimulant medications have learned to present as though they are suffering from ADHD in order to obtain the prescription for those stimulant medications. These people are, naturally, at the highest risk to abuse the drugs, and as they do so, they sully the good name of ADHD sufferers as well as the medications that are helping them. Increasingly, doctors and other ADHD experts have been seeking alternatives to stimulant medications, both to reduce the rate of ADHD sufferers who abuse their medications, and to reduce the frequency of fakers who pretend to have ADHD in order to obtain the stimulant medications. In this effort, they have looked to [http://www.glyconutrientsguide.com] glyconutrients often in conjunction with behavioral therapy and/or emotional counseling which have offered extremely promising results, by simply altering the dietary lifestyle of the ADHD sufferer. With no risk of addiction, and exciting ADHD treatment results, glyconutrients are now considered among many experts to be the future of ADHD treatment. How To Strategically Raise Your Warm List To Your Hot List In Five Steps With Strategic Thinking

By Glenn Ebersole How strategic are you in your marketing efforts? Are you using strategic thinking in the development of a strategic marketing plan for your business? Are you still frustrated by having too few hot list prospects? My experience indicates that there are too many businesses that are not being very strategic in their marketing and therefore are wasting energy, time, talent and resources. Recently I have read and have been hearing about warm lists for prospects. From my perspective, I would rather talk about hot lists for prospects. So lets not forget or dismiss the warm lists, but lets look at how to strategically raise the warm lists to hot lists. And the method to do that involves strategic thinking and planning with the use of your definition of your ideal client profile and a series of questions that may have been used to generate your warm list of prospects. Here is what your strategic thinking business coach is defining this method. Step 1: Develop your ideal client profile. This is a very popular and passionate topic with my business coaching clients and I have developed a list of the types of characteristics (which is certainly not meant to be all-inclusive) you may consider in defining the profile of your ideal client. Here is a list from your strategic thinking business coach to assist you in your efforts. 1. personal traits (quiet, friendly, spiritual, etc.) 2. geographic location 3. gender 4. age 5. level of education 6. income level 7. type of business 8. size of business 9. business owner 10. business executive 11. business manager 12. type of industry or business sector served 13. personal core values 14. business core values 15 level of openness to new ideas and change 16. personal interests outside of work 17. business ethics 18. volunteer activities 19. religious affiliation or spiritual persuasion 20. general outlook on life & business Step 2: Develop a list of questions to create your warm list. In order to assist you in creating a warm list here are some questions you may ask to come up with prospect names. + Who do my existing clients know? + Who are my personal friends? + Who do I know from schools I have attended? + Who are my business contacts (customers, former employers, etc.) + Who do I know from civic organizations? + Who do I know from church? + Who are my contacts in professional societies or trade organizations? + Who do I write checks to (who do I do business with)? + Who are my current & past neighbors? + Who do I know from sports, hobbies or other outside interests? + Who do I know from my family & extended family? + What names could I list if I brainstormed names by going through the alphabet from A to Z? Step 3: Develop your warm list by filling in prospects under each question. Step 4: Review each prospect in the warm list by evaluating how close they come to your ideal client profile. Step 5: Develop a hot list of those prospects selected from Step 4. In other words, list the prospects from the warm list that match your ideal client profile
to create the hot list. Your strategic thinking business coach encourages you to use strategic thinking in your marketing efforts, especially in the creation of your hot list of prospects. How To Treat Depression

By Milos Pesic Depression is very common among Americans, especially given the fast life they live. Though the treatment for depression is quite simple, it requires extra care and a little cheering up to help the patient come out of the problem. The cost of the treatment is no doubt expensive; but given the problem, everyone should take advantage of the various depression treatments that are available today to cure the problem. There is nothing wrong with consulting a psychiatrist. A psychiatrist is the best guide in this field. You should consider yourself lucky that today there are all sorts of depression treatments to help you overcome the problem. You should get the best treatment. Your family will always expect a positive result from the best treatment available. Among the vast array of treatments available, psychotherapy is one of the most popular depression treatments that allows the patient to slowly uncover hidden feelings and the root of the problem. These short-term therapy sessions involve a healthy discussion between the cognitive behavior therapist and the depression patient. These sessions mainly involve a healthy interaction with the patient to help him overcome the problem by finding positive solutions. People may suffer from either bipolar disorder (manic depression) or major depressive disorder. Bipolar disorder mainly involves certain episodes of depression, where a person may experience certain unexpected emotional outbursts that are difficult to control. These episodes may last for hours, days, weeks, or even a month. Treatments for bipolar disorders usually involve the application of both medication and psychotherapy. Psycho-education is beneficial, as it helps the patient and the family members to understand the root cause of the problem. Major depressive disorder mainly involves sadness, loss of pleasure, excess crying, headaches, and digestive problems. Apart from normal medications, other treatments involve Electroconvulsive therapy, Lithium and Anticonvulsant medication, which are used for prevention of such outbursts. In these cases, consulting a doctor is a must, as he or she can help you come out of the problem. Today, various depression treatments and medications are actually helping a large number of patients to return to their normal course of activities and get a proper sleep, which most patients lack. The treatment for depression depends on the severity of the problem. In case of mild depression, psychotherapies are suggested. Medication is usually recommended when the depression problem is severe and cannot be handled with psychotherapy alone. Your medical consultant will get you the right kind of treatment and medication depending on the severity of the problem. A combination of psychotherapy and medication may be suggested if the problem of depression is serious. Specialized help from a psychiatrist is usually recommended when there are no positive results from medication alone. The best treatment for depression is to engage yourself in lots of physical activities. Overconsumption of alcohol will only aggravate the problem. Do not suffer the problem of depression alone. Talk to your near and dear ones. There is no more effective treatment than this. Milos Pesic is a successful webmaster and owner of Overcome

9 Signs Of A Cheating Wife

By Jennifer Lawless Guys, do you suspect your wife of cheating on you? One study reported that 53% of women admitted cheating on their husbands, so it's not just a paranoid fantasy. It can and does happen, but how do you know if it's happening to you? At the risk of being a traitor to the sisterhood, here are 9 signs that your wife may be cheating on you? 1) You find birth-control pills in her medicine cabinet, and you've had a vasectomy. Is your wife is a pack rat who never throws anything out? If they're left over from before your vasectomy, relax, but, if she bought them last week... 2) She sets up a new e-mail account and doesn't tell you about it. Of course, you'd have to be fairly sneaky to discover this. If she's also smart enough to delete her cookies and browsing history, you're probably out of luck. Ditto, if she only uses the account at work. 3) She goes to the store for groceries and comes home 5 hours later. If it's the day before Thanksgiving or the Super Bowl, give her a break. Otherwise, if she takes 5 hours to shop for groceries, she'd better be bringing home some good stuff. 4) She buys herself new underwear. Was underwear on sale? Did she buy you some new underwear too? If she hasn't worn her new underwear for you, she may be wearing it for someone else. 5) She sets up a separate cell phone account that is billed to her office. Good luck discovering this, but she might get careless and call you on her "secret" cell phone one day. 6) The toilet bowl seat is up, and when you left home it was down. Were you expecting the plumber? If you weren't, some other man was in the house because ladies NEVER leave the toilet bowl seat up. 7) She's unconventionally spending money on new clothes. Women buy new clothes to make themselves feel better and to make themselves look better. Either way, there may be a problem. 8) She stops confiding in you and seeking advice from you. How many years did it take you to notice this? The more years, the more likely that she has found someone else to confide in and seek advice from. 9) She stops wearing her wedding ring. Being in a relationship proves that she's a real woman, and her wedding ring is free advertisement. Not wearing her wedding ring says one of two things: she's trying to indicate that she's available for a relationship, or she's trying to forget that she's already in one. Neither is good for your marriage. Surveys of women report that only 20% of women have affairs for sex; most have affairs for emotional reasons. If your lady is straying, it's probably not because of what's happening in the bedroom. It's because of what's happening (or not happening) outside it. If want to save your marriage, it means that YOU are probably going to have to change. Are you ready for that? Jennifer Lawless writes on various subjects, including 9 Signs of a Cheating Wife. Top Five Worst Online Dating Sites

By Erick Shipmon The online dating business is becoming more lucrative as singles from all walks of life choose to meet people online and get to know them before taking the dating plunge outside of cyber space. However, not all dating sites deliver on their promises-some are just outright scams. After extensive research, here are the top five worst dating sites online reviewed so you don't have to. These online dating services are not likely to return your emails after you've given them your credit card number, lie about their membership numbers, or generate false profiles in order to lead you into spending more money: 5) Funmatch.com: This site has some good user friendly icons, and has come a long way from the merge three years ago with another online adult dating service. The downside to fun match is that they use relentless popups to try to get you to join, and will start spamming you if you even click on their link to check it out. Not very businesslike, kind of like begging. 4) www.soulmate.com: The research department contacted this site to ask for a reply to the hundreds of unanswered complaints this site is reported to have received. They have yet to answer, so I wouldn't suggest spending any money with them. 3) www.friendplay.com: This online dating site is up again, down again, and may resurface under a different name, so beware of any site that encourages new membership through you asking your friends to join. They will promise payment for referrals, which in turn sign up and earn money through other referrals. They refuse to answer emails and we have never heard of anyone getting paid. They aren't even smart enough to post false testimonies. 2) www.absoluteagency.com: This adult online dating service posts duplicate profiles altered just slightly. They are accused of posting false profiles and underage pictures. While they do reply to complaint emails, their reply without taking responsibility for their actions and seem overall to be sketchy. We also have confirmed reports that this dating service online continues to charge your credit card after you cancel your subscription. 1) www.facetoface.net: One of the worst free sites, this totally free online dating service is one of the over 100 free dating sites on the web that you need to be cautious about. The reason that this site is free is that they will sell not only your personal information, but your entire "confidential" profile. This creates a thunderstorm of spamming to your email and sets the stage for viruses and even identity theft. Erick Shipmon has been an online marketer since 1997. Blind Dating and Purchasing Insurance Online

By Elizabeth Newberry Many people enjoy the excitement that blind dating can offer. Youre not sure who youll meet, whether the two of you will click, or how the date will end, but some find this unknown exciting. At the same time, many people avoid the world of blind dating specifically because of those same unsure feelings and unknown outcomes. In many ways, purchasing insurance online is very much like blind dating. Sure, youve seen the insurance companys Web site or, at the very least, online advertisement. Sure, a friend or two has told you the insurance company is worth a try. And sure, what you see may look pretty good on the outside. However, purchasing insurance online poses the same unsure feelings and unknown outcomes as blind dating. The difference is that those unsure feelings and unknown outcomes can end in a disaster to which even a blind date with a polyester-wearing, chest hair-bearing guy whos old enough to be your dad cant compare. Blind dating with an insurance company can cost you much more ill-spent time and money. Luckily, you can avoid the disappointments of blind dating when shopping for insurance online. Your decision to give a particular insurance company a try must be based on more than just the insurance companys Web site or advertisement, what your peers have described it, and how attractive it may seem at the time. If an insurance company you see online catches your eye, give them a call. Speak with a live insurance agent about the different kinds of insurance policies available. Ask questions about everything from the cost to the coverage; you may want to jot the questions down before you call the insurance company in order to ensure you cover all grounds. Ask the insurance agent to send you written material about the insurance company and the different kinds of policies they offer, especially if youre interested in a particular insurance policy. Big Dry Flies for Big Trout on the Green River

By Ryan O Kelly It was mid June on a bright sunny day floating on Utah's Green River when the army arrived. Not an army of people, but an army of crickets. Mormon crickets to be exact. Several thousand crickets had made their way into the river as part of their migratory march. Trying to get to the other side, the crickets hop in the river and slowly make their way across the the river. Keep in mind a Mormon cricket is about two inches long and half and inch wide. They are a very large meal for a trout. The trout take full advantage!!! Every 30 seconds or so a loud pop can be heard as a large trout slams another cricket. There is definitely a feeling of excitement in the fishermen I am with. We quickly pull over and change bugs. I had tied some bulky crickets on a size 2 streamer hook matching the size of the bugs perfectly. We looked for a pod of eating fish and floated our flies through. One of the guys was shaking with excitement. Then it came, slam, slam!!!
Both fishermen had hooked up with fish, but the fishermen were hooked for life. The stories of days like this are numerous on the Green. It is not just about using crickets, but many other terrestrial bugs as well. The Green is famous for the cicada hatches that occur each May and June. The Green has a few different species of cicadas and several different generations. Meaning each year there are cicadas in some numbers. If your lucky enough to be there when there are big numbers you will experience the best dry fly fishing in the world. 50 to 100 fish in a day would not be out of the question. While they are not the norm, they do happen. It is not the numbers that create the excitement. It is watching a fish open its mouth as large as possible and suck it down. It is hard to describe the experience, but is definitely euphoric. While the cicadas are the most famous there are several other terrestrials that excite the fish. There are more beetle species to keep track of, ants all over the place, some hoppers out and about, and a bunch of caterpillars that get blown out of the trees. All of these will trigger the fish into a surface feeding mode. On a hot gusty summer day I have seen five or six beetles blown into the water at the same time. Not long after and the beetles disappeared into the mouths of large trout. This is a common occurrence and creates a habitat where fish can be caught on terrestrials almost year round. Pine beetles will start showing up in late March and other beetle species will hang around until November. Rainbow, cutthroat, cuttbow and brown trout key on these big bugs. It is a necessary part of their diet. They take them at almost every opportunity. This gives fly fishermen a great opportunity. One that they will not forget. What Was School Like For You?

By Lisa Laird When my oldest daughter started school, I believed what everyone said. Every student could be a straight A student if they only worked hard enough. My daughter started kindergarten at a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence that was a reading magnet school. This meant that reading was emphasized in every subject. This is not a bad thing. Without the ability to read, it is nearly impossible to learn any other subject. My daughter was so excited when she started kindergarten. Her main goal was to learn to read all by herself. She could not wait. When my daughter finished kindergarten, she was just a little behind. The teachers response was Shell catch up, no problem. First grade arrived and her little bit behind translated into way behind. She was placed into special assistance classes, missing her down time to attend. This means recess, centers, sometimes extra classes like P.E., music, art, etc., sometimes even part of her lunch period. Now, I dont know about you, but I dont know any 6 year olds that can take a full 8 hour day without down time, especially when they come home with homework in their regular subjects, plus homework in their special classes. In addition, it curtailed any opportunity she might have to actually be successful at something, because the only thing she was allowed to do was what she wasnt good at. The other kicker, for her, was a teacher who emphasized timeliness. Now, timeliness is an important concept for a child to learn, but, to my daughter, who was always behind, timeliness equated with praise and positive reinforcement. This was something that she could succeed at. So, in order to be a success at this, at least, she would do what it took to finish first. Rush through, not check her work, sometimes not even reading the directions before completing the work. This, in turn, made her grades go down even farther. By the time she started second grade, she hated school. This was a child who started kindergarten in love with school. My beautiful, super intelligent, wonderful, little girl felt stupid, and like a failure, at the age of 7. In the middle of 2nd grade we moved from Louisiana to Iowa. Now, moving in the middle school of the school year is traumatic for any child, but for a child already struggling, it was a death sentence. Her new 2nd grade teachers attitude was, Oh shell catch up, (sound familiar?) even though the requirements were completely different and wed been there before. Her 3rd grade teacher decided she was just lazy and treated her accordingly. She was constantly complaining that Tiffany would zone out during class. When we would have parent-teacher conferences, she would tell me things about my daughter that I had told her at prior meetings, like it was new information. By the end of the year, this teacher chose to label her as learning disabled. My daughter struggled through 4th grade in a special program, that singled her out and embarrassed her greatly, but her 5th grade teacher threw the program out the window, seeing the truth about my child. She was not learning disabled, she was just behind. With a little extra attention, my daughter was no longer the child holding the whole class back. We moved again, from Iowa to West Virginia, between her 5th and 6th grade years. Currently, my precious daughter is an honor roll student, a freshman in high school, with no special assistance whatsoever. Those years of pain, false labeling, and struggle, may be behind her, however, they are still with her. Her confidence, while somewhat restored, is easily shaken.
Now, I come from a family of teachers. My grandmother started her teaching career in a one-room schoolhouse, teaching for over 40 years. My sister specializes in early childhood education, having spent time teaching both kindergarten and pre-school. She has a Masters degree to her credit. I also am married to a college professor. My own teaching experience is limited to Sunday school, Childrens Church, and Bible Studies, as well as home schooling all of my children through their pre-school year, but I am teaching children in every class, and I do have an understanding of what goes on in the classroom. Even with all my experiences, I fell victim to the teacher mentality. I understand that there are a lot of outside influences that affected my daughter, along with those that she experienced at school, but she neednt have suffered like she did. You child should not have to either. Please check out this web-site for more information on how to keep your child from going through a similar experience. For the sake of your beautiful, super intelligent, wonderful child. http://improveinschool.blogspot.com Author is a dedicated wife and mother of four; Bachelor of Business Administration Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Lisa_Laird http://EzineArticles.com/?What-Was-School-Like-For-You?&id=381595 buy phentermine cod no prescription

The Healing Benefits Of Vegetable Oils And How You Can Use Them In Home Remedies

By Yulia Berry The healthiest oils are made of olives, flax seeds, walnuts and cedar nuts. Peanut oil and corn oil may provoke an allergic reaction in some people. Nevertheless, all vegetable oils can treat many disorders. Vegetable oils have the ability to increase the HDL (good) cholesterol that your body needs and this will help to cleanse the blood vessels from the deposits. Also, vegetable oils will lower the LDL (bad) cholesterol. It will prevent atherosclerosis. Rapeseed oil, wheat seed oil, flax seed oil and walnut oil are very rich in alpha-linoleic acid (ALA or Omega 3), a polyunsaturated fatty acid, which is very important for the biochemical processes in your nervous system. Lack of alpha-linoleic acid will lead to a decreased ability to learn, nerve signal's deflection, an increased risk of thrombosis and it will decrease your body's ability to resist alcohol. You can get your daily dose of alpha-linoleic acid, if you take 1 table spoon of rapeseed oil or eat 4-6 walnuts a day. Sunflower oil, corn oil and soybean oil are rich in linoleic acid (LA or Omega 6), another polyunsaturated acid. Lack of it will slow your growth and will lead to transformations in your skin cells, endocrine gland, mucous membrane and sex organs. You can cover your need for linoleic acid, if you take 1 table spoon of the oils. Olive oil, grape seed oil, ground nut oil, peanut oil, flax seed oil, sesame oil, canola oil and corn oil are rich in oleic acid, monounsaturated fatty acid, which is very important for the formation of brain cells and the right function of your nervous system. Olive oil is great in lowering 'bad' cholesterol and prevents and treats atherosclerosis. All vegetable oils, except peanut oil, are recommended if you have high blood pressure, diabetes and small stones in your bile duct. Your daily dose of vegetable oil should be 3-4 table spoons. Use it in salads or vegetable sides. Do not eat just one kind of oil or substitute all fat in your diet for only vegetable oils because your body needs different fats. But if you want to feel healthy and happy, vegetable oils should still predominate. Before using it, make sure your vegetable oil did not turn rancid because it will lose all its healthy benefits and promote bad cholesterol. Keep the oil in your refrigerator or in a dark place because healthy substances and vitamins can be destroyed by light. Try these great home remedies:
If you have a cold or cough, mix 1 table spoon of vegetable oil, 1 table spoon of honey and 1 table spoon of cognac or vodka. Heat the mix in a steam bath, then drink it and go to bed right away. If you are constipated, mix 1 glass of yogurt with 2-4 tea spoons of vegetable oil and drink slowly before you go to bed. If you are concerned about cellulite, mix any vegetable oil with ginger powder and rub the mix into your problem zone. This will improve blood circulation and your metabolism. Do not forget to wash your hands after the massage. Yulia is a professional makeup artist.
