ARC of Understanding

By Nilesh Gore In relationship we all make mistakes and sometimes we are insensitive to the needs of others, especially those very close to us All this leads to disappointments and resentments. The answer to handling disappointments is understanding. Relationships don't come about because people are perfect. They come because of understanding. There is more gratification in being a caring person that in just being a nice person. A caring attitude builds goodwill which is best kind of insurance that a person can have and it doesn't cost a thing. Being understanding is far more important than money and the best way to be understood is to be understanding. And the basis of real communication is also to be understanding. Practice Generosity :- It is a sign of emotional maturity. Being generous is being thoughtful and considerate without being asked. Generous people experience the richness of life which a selfish person can't even dream of. Be Considerate, Selfishness bring it's own revenge. Be sensitive to other people's feelings. Kindness:- Kindness is language the deaf can hear and the blind can see. It is better to treat a friend with kindness while he is living that displaying flowers on his grave when he is dead. Act of kindness make person feel good regardless of whether he is doing it or it is done to him. Kind words never hurts tongue. (Scientologist - Sir L. Ron Hubbard said - Affinity, Reality, Trust, Faith, Elegance & communication are the basic components of understanding. and Understanding makes people coexists, cooperate, correlate. Called as ARC of Understanding.) People who are true friend in the real sense help one another, but these are not favors. they are acts incidental to friendship and if that don't help they'd be failing in their relationship. RELATION & LOVE just don't happen, they take time to build they are built on kindness, understanding & self-Sacrifice, not on jealousy, selfishness, puffed up egos, and rude behavior. Relationship never be taken for granted. Once relationships are established, they need to be nurtured constantly. Nobody is perfect. Expecting perfection is setting yourself for disappointment. SYMPATHY & EMPATHY :- well Lets know the difference : Sympathy means "I Understand what & how you feel. EMPATHY is "I feel what and how you feel". About Author : Nilesh Gore :

Unwanted Fabric - How Do You Get Rid Of It?

By Serena Smith I have some and I am sure you do too: fabric you no longer want, need or will use. What do you do with it? Let it sit on the shelf or in the drawer for months while it is aging? Give it away? Perhaps keep it until you reach the day that you might just possibly use it? I have fabric that I purchased several years ago that I know I will never use. The pattern or print is not what I am interested in right now. Some of it, I simply have lost interest in. The creativity I saw in it when I bought it is no longer there. I have pieces of fabric leftover from past projects and will probably not be using it in the future. What can you do with it? Good question; I tend to save and store all my fabric until I have a huge pile. Always in the back of my mind, I hear this little voice saying, "Just keep it; you may need it sometime." But as the months fly by, I pick it up to use and end up putting it back on the shelf. It is just not the right color shade to blend with so many of my other fabrics. Or the print is a pattern that is hard to work with like strips or plaids. I have a blue/navy floral print cotton sitting on my shelves of fabric right now. At the time I bought it, it was one of those, "It's on sale for a fantastic price and can be used in a hundred different ways, whatever is left on the bolt." (See Fabric Buying: How many yards should I buy?) Needless to say I DID buy what was left on the bolt -- all 13 yards! I have had it for several years and have tried many times to incorporate it into some of my projects. I have used bits and pieces of it here and there, but there are still many yards remaining. I had planned to incorporate this print into an embroidered quilt I was planning at the time, but the fabric ended up being just a little too lightweight for stitching embroidery. It may only sit on my shelf for a couple more months before I decide that it has to go. Do I need to just toss this fabric in the trash? Of course not! I may not have any interest in it, but it is still a very good piece of fabric and another person may find it to be just what they are needing! So what do you do with your unwanted fabric? Here are some suggestions for cleaning out your shelves! Look at the wrong side of your fabric. The backside may yield some creative ideas that the front doesn't have. Perhaps it will give you ideas for a washed-out or softened look for a nature background scene. Consider incorporating small pieces into your current projects. Use small pieces for applique designs, sashing between blocks on a quilt or piping to complete a pillow. The fabric may not be your favorite in a large piece, but using small bits may be a way to use up excess yardage. Keep a small stash of fabric that is not your favorite for practice blocks, trying new techniques and new ideas where you do not want to waste expensive fabric for a project. If you are trying a new block or technique, try it using a piece from your unwanted fabric before using your project fabric. Try crocheting your own rag rug using fabric strips. Tear your fabric into strips that are 1/4" -- 1" wide and weave it into a circular or oval rug pattern. You can find more information on crocheting rag rugs here. Braid fabric strips to create a rug, placemats, table runner or many other projects! For young sewers, give them fabric strips to make a dog or cat leash. This is a simple way to use up unwanted fabric and gain some useful projects. The fabric is braided with many different prints and solids, so you can't find your ugly fabric hidden within. Have a local fabric exchange with several quilters in your area or your local quilt guild. You aren't the only one with excess fabric that needs a new home. You may be able to get rid of some of your stash and find some treasures for yourself. Donate your fabric to nursing homes, schools or other organizations who will use the fabric to make projects. There are many charity quilt projects that are always looking for donated fabric. How will I get rid of my over 10 yard stash of navy floral? A couple of months ago, I was playing with chenille, layering different fabrics, trying different widths of stitched rows and I was able to use 1/2 yard with which to practice. I had a travel pillow that just needed a cover that could be removed and washed -- yes, the blue floral fabric was used! Sooner or later I will use it piece by piece. And if I find I am running out of room and find someone who will use it, I may just give it away. Serena Smith is an avid embroidery and quilting enthusiast living in Kansas.

Notary Public Insurance

By Kent Pinkerton A notary public plays a major role in business and law. Almost all the things that you do in your daily life need legal backing and proof. It is the job of a notary to administer these duties. The notary is a public servant whose chief powers include conducting oaths and attesting to signatures, both important and valuable ways to minimize fraud in legal documents. Notary public insurance is available for all licensed notaries and their employers, so that they can perform their duties with confidence. The policy covers the notary for responsibility due to accidental mistakes. To be precise, notary public insurance protects a notary when he makes a mistake that causes his customer to suffer financial loss. If you wish to become a licensed notary, then be prepared for a few tests and checks as not everyone who applies for the position is accepted. You also need to put down a cash bond in order to practice as a notary public. A notary bond only protects the public. This can be attained from insurance providers, but personal property can also be submitted as security. When a bonding firm pays for a loss on a bond it has the legal power to recover the loss from you. Here, the notary public insurance company pays your claim from the start. Notary public insurance thus protects a notary from financial liability in the case of an error while performing notarization duties. Though the suit is not convincing, you could still be faced with a legal bill for defending yourself. If you are not insured, you will pay those defense charges out of your own pocket, win or lose. Lots of notaries purchase errors and omissions insurance (E&O) for their exclusive protection. The insurer pays damages imposed in a settlement agreement up to the limits of the policy coverage. Most policies also provide the notary with legal defense at no additional cost. Many states require notary insurance as compulsory for mobile signing agents. Notary insurance is not expensive and worth the investment. In addition to individual notary public insurance, there are group coverage policies for smart businesses that try to guard the company and the notaries who work for them. Notary Public provides detailed information on Notary Public, How to Become a Notary Public, Notary Public Supplies, Notary Public Service Locations and more. Continuing Professional Education a Must in Today's Work Climate

By Aldene Fredenburg The dramatic shift in employment patterns in the past decade, and particularly in the past five years, has dealt a blow to the American workforce. The development of the Internet, particularly high-speed Internet, World Trade Organization treaties, and the explosion of container shipping are only three of the many factors which have resulted in millions of jobs, including highly paid, skilled jobs, being exported to countries from Mexico to India and China. As American workers have seen their jobs disappear to outsourcing, many have responded by going back to college, either for individual professional development courses or for degrees in a new field. Even as computer-related positions disappear to foreign programmers and graphic designers, many U.S. workers are finding they can fight back. Programmers, website developers, and graphic artists have discovered that, with up-to-date knowledge of software and hardware and a little business sense, they can contract their skills to a number of companies more than willing to hire a local worker in exchange for the chance to forgo business expenses involved in keeping a worker on the payroll: income and social security taxes, unemployment compensation, holiday and vacation pay, health insurance benefits. This silver lining in the outsourcing cloud has kept computer and business classes filled at community colleges and vocational schools, many of whom are seeing a sharp spike in enrollment among older students in their continuing education programs. Other workers are changing careers entirely, opting for fields that can't be outsourced. Jobs that require a warm body and a pair of hands onsite, like broadcast communications, nursing, and medical technician positions, make sense to an increasing number of students; and both health-related industries and communications are growing while other industry sectors are shrinking in their need for local employees. Even workers whose jobs are safe for the moment are exploring continuing education in increasing numbers. Employees who have survived one or more company downsizings, for instance, often find themselves taking on more responsibilities, and need to update their professional skills in order to survive. Others recognize that today's work environment demands much more flexibility, and decide to be proactive in developing skills that may protect their jobs in the future. Perhaps the only certainty in an uncertain world is that things will continue to change. That includes the demands of the workplace, and employees will have to be able to adapt quickly and skillfully to these changes. It's a good bet that continuing professional education is going to be an ongoing part of American workers' defense in protecting their livelihoods. A Guide to Selecting Your Cellular Service Provider

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Jose_Francis]Jose Francis With the cell phone global revolution, there are several cellular service providers promising best price, best services, seamless connectivity and so much more that making a choice is very tough. In order to choose a mobile phone service provider, first you must find out the reality about the endless promises and attractive offers that mobile companies make. But before that you must also examine your cellular needs -- daily/monthly phone calls, local/national/international usage, and SMS usage, etc. This article discusses some useful tips on choosing a cellular service provider. Read reviews or ask friends: The best way to find out about the quality of cellular services offered by providers is to ask your friends, colleagues, or acquaintances who are using cell phones. Listen to their experiences with their cellular service providers. Also do your own research by reading reviews in newspapers, magazines, online user reviews, etc. Comparative Research: Take advantage of the Internet technology to do your homework. Visit the service providers website and check out the various services and plans they are offering. Do a comparative study of cellular plans being offered by service providers. Cost plays a crucial role in your decision of selecting your cellular service provider. Do a thorough cost and feature analysis. Keeping your needs in mind, settle on the cellular service provider that you think would work out the best. Cellular Connectivity: Check out if the service provider offers seamless connectivity in your city and other cities/countries where you need to travel. Unless the network is well connected and coverage area is wide, you wont be able to use the cell phone when you are on the move or whenever you need to connect. Bad connectivity and unreliable network would result in interrupted calls, voice breaks, and frustration. [http://www.matrix.in/stud/index.htm]Tariff Plans: Consider the plans carefully. While doing so check the postpaid and prepaid options, monthly rental costs, talk time, SMS charges, roaming charges, ISD charges, etc. Many service providers offer zero rental plans, plans with free talk time, free text messaging and more. Some cellular companies provide different plans for students, corporations, international travelers, etc. Matrix Cellular is a service provider that is a one stop solution for all your communication needs. If you are a frequent international traveler, you would be glad to know that Matrix Cellular offers local mobile numbers for almost 30 countries to help you keep your international roaming costs low. Services & Offers: To attract customers cellular services these days offer many more services and extra offers (free or at additional charges). They provide rental phones, Internet connection, landline phones, discounted handsets, cell phone repair services, and travel and hotel bookings. Offers include paid or free caller tunes, festival offers, discounts, and more. Services & Offers vary from company to company. Take all this into consideration but be thoughtful because at times you might get attracted to take a service that you dont need just because it is being offered at great discount. This will add to you mobile phone bills without providing any value. Customer Service: Find out if the cellular company has a dedicated customer support division to handle customer queries and complaints. You can also call the Customer Support department to ask about their various plans and to have a first hand experience about the quality of customer care. Once you've made up you mind, your next step should be to contact the company and complete the process to subscribe to the mobile connection. All the best in your evaluation of various [http://www.matrix.in/indian/index.htm]cellular service providers- Happy talking Jose Francis is a professional author who has written various articles on various topics & this time writing article on Cellular Service Provider for http://www.matrix.in Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jose_Francis http://EzineArticles.com/?A-Guide-to-Selecting-Your-Cellular-Service-Provider&id=438609 where can you buy phentermine

Discovering Your Creativity... It's Easier Than You Think!

By Debra Howard If youve ever uttered the words Im just not creative, then read on; there is hope. All of us have a Martha Stewart somewhere in our lives. Could be a friend, a mother, a sister, a brother, an aunt, a teacher, a neighbor and there they are; always coming up with something clever. Sometimes, it can be down right annoying, especially if you are creatively challenged. We were all creative as children. Give us a box, and a blanket and we had the worlds best fort, house or castle. The blanket let us be princesses or superheroes. In the world of make believe, there was no limit to our creativity, until we reached adulthood. Little by little, it got whittled away, by a teacher, a mother, a brother, a sister, you get the idea. So how do we reclaim our former creative self? First drop the whole notion that you are not creative. Instead, affirm that you are creative and that you have your own unique way of expressing yourself. Go to the library or the bookstore and pick up a book or magazine on creativity. These materials will give you hundreds of ideas. Start with a small project; something you can do in an evening or afternoon. If you are able to complete something, it will give you confidence to take on future projects. Dont be too critical with yourself. Be a kid again. Who cares if no one else likes it? Its your uniqueness coming through. Once youve completed even a small creative project, you can take that confidence and tackle another one. As you begin to explore your own creativity, it becomes easier to express yourself. There are so many ways to be creative; just pick anything that interests you. If youre not sure what that is yet and dont have time to visit a library, read on. Think about something that youve always had an interest in; could be writing, photography, art, calligraphy, music, etc. Lets say you chose music. If you dont play an instrument or even know how to read music, it will take some time to master. But what can you do now thats creative and includes a music theme? Aaah, were just getting started. Scour the vintage stores or flea markets for old sheet music. If you cant find any authentic old sheet music, go to a music store and buy new. Take a waste basket, step stool, or lampshade and prepare to get creative. If your sheet music is new, submerge it in tea to get that aged look. (Just make sure it dries completely before continuing.) Apply a spray on adhesive to your chosen piece and start attaching your sheet music. You can tear it, or put apply it in whole sheets, you can add stamp designs over the top; embellishments, whatever. Its your design so go crazy! After your sheets have been adhered and it has dried completely, add a protective coating over the paper. Decoupage works nicely for this and you can find it in any craft store.
And now, you can no longer say you have no creativity. You have a project you designed around something you love. What shall you tackle next? Searching for a Unique Groomsmen Gift

By Wade Garbo So many details. So many damned details. Such is wedding planning. Of course, she loved the details. She bought magazines about them. She surfed for information on the web about them. She talked with her girlfriends about them. She tried, mostly unsuccessfully, to talk to him about them. But if his choice was between talking endlessly about wedding details or setting fire to his appendages, he would gladly get the match book. Yet, they shared this: they didn't want a 'cookie cutter' wedding. No plain save the date cards. No traditional place card holders. No typical procession music. Etcetera etcetera. Now, they didn't want a freak show for a wedding. He wasn't going to wear a t-shirt tuxedo and they weren't going to walk down the aisle to " Funkytown." Nothing dramatic or absurd -- this has to stand the test of time, after all. No, all that was needed was a lot of subtle, unique and personal touches. They wanted the wedding to be theirs. Wherever possible, they did things differently. They did things their way. ------ With that background, it came time to shop for gifts for the groomsmen. As mentioned above, he wasn't too keen on details. So he wasn't thrilled when extensive searching and talking resulted in all the normal crap: beer steins, money clips, poker sets, flasks..... Flasks?? Unless your groomsmen are 75 year old homeless alcoholics, what are they going to do with a flask? Let's back up a second. These are all nice gifts, and most guys would be glad to get them. Really. But he wanted something different. It didn't need to be spectacular (truth is, after years of hurling insults at his groomsmen, a kick in the ass was probably all that was expected). And it definitely didn't need to be expensive (he doesn't like them THAT much). But..... no flasks. Then he came across personalized pub signs. Let's not talk this up unrealistically -- its nothing magic, its certainly not the greatest gift ever, but.... its was something nice and something different. He was able to get individualized signs with themes based on their interests (the slow one likes golf, the fat one likes cigars, the tall Irish kid is.. well, Irish) and the quality was particularly high. Bottom line, they liked them. And so did the guests that saw the signs at the rehearsal dinner. He was asked repeatedly where he purchased them, and soon enough personalized pub signs were the gift of choice for many of our guests. For weddings. For Father's Day. For birthdays. Not bad for a detail-restistant groom. Based on the story described in this article, the author Wade Garbo created the Pub Sign Store (http://www.pubsignstore.com) to help other detail-resistant grooms find unique groomsmen gifts. Do Looks Matter?

By Trip Davis One question I get asked all the time is do looks matter to women? Well yes and no, physical appearance such as height and weight are not the most important factor of attraction to women, but it is part of the overall package. With that being said there are things that are under your control in your physical appearance and these include style and grooming. The single most important part of having style is to be able to stand out from the crowd and be congruent with it. What we mean by congruent is your style has to fit with your personality. For example, if youre a doctor or a lawyer youre probably not going to go out dressed like a punk rocker. You wouldnt be congruent with that image. You need to look at yourself and figure out what kind of image you want to portray. Know that if you dress gothic youre probably going to attract more gothic girls. If youre going for that punk rock girl it helps to have a little rocker edge to your style. So how do you stand out from the crowd? Your work clothes are your work clothes. Go and buy some clothes specifically for going out. When going out you want to show that you have style and that you can stand out in a unique fashion. Women notice when youre wearing something different from everyone else. Typically if youre dressed different you will have to put up with more social pressure. Guys might come up and tease you on what youre wearing. This is why a lot of guys dress the same. They cant take social pressure or stand up for their individuality. Being able to take social pressure is an attractive quality to women because it shows that youre a strong male and can stand up for yourself and thus will be able to stand up for her and protect her. Get something thats a little different from the norm. The polo shirt is not a good shirt for picking up chicks. Get something that is unique that women will notice and start a conversation with you by asking about it. Youll be amazed how often this can happen. Shop somewhere besides department or trendy mall stores. Every city has little unique shops where you can find lots of cool gear. Get a city guide and find the shops in your area. If you travel often buy unique items from different cities. Always try clothes on. They may look good on the rack but may look like hell on you. One of the best things you can do is take a woman shopping with you. Women have great sense of style and can be a big help. Women are very observant. They notice the little things. Accessorizing is a great way to stand out. Get a couple rings and necklaces to wear out. Get a stylish pair of shoes or boots. Boots in particular are good because not everyone wears boots and they will also give you a little height. If you wear glasses consider getting contacts or laser surgery. If you insist on glasses, but they havent been updated since the stone ages, get some new frames. Instead of going for a $9.99 haircut at the generic barber shop, go for the salon haircut that may cost you a little bit more but is worth it. They will be able to match a haircut with your facial features and it will really show. Dont be afraid to throw a little color in too. While youre at the salon consider getting excess hair waxed. Wax your eyebrows to even them up and prevent unibrow. If you have excess hair on your back, chest, and stomach consider waxing those areas as well. These are personal decisions as some women like their men hairy. Younger generations of women tend to like their men groomed with less body hair. Women make an effort to smell nice for their men. Return the favor by getting some designer cologne. This is something else that is nice to have a womans opinion on. Women tend to be the ones selling designer colognes so you can get her opinion on it before buying. Cologne smells different on different people depending on the oils on your skin so make sure you know what it smells like on you. It may smell nice on the test paper but once you mix it with the oils on your skin it might smell different. Always keep your nails at the very least trimmed. If you really want them nice go for a manicure. Women do a lot of grooming to their bodies so keep in mind that what a woman does to herself she will take notice to on men. Not to say that you have to become some girly man, just dont look like a slob. Weight for the Holidays

By Dr. Eileen Silva Christmas is a comin and the goose is not the only thing getting fat! Unfortunately, many people gain weight during the Christmas and New Year holiday season. With all the festive feasts, decorative sweets, and parties, not to mention the regular heavier cooking that we do in cold weather, you may find that you are among those people who gain weight during this time of the year. You may even have the remnants of last years festivities still hanging around your waist or tucked into your cheeks. If so, you are probably dreading this years contributions even more. Now, I know there are many articles out there that warn you about holiday weight gain and give crisp, clear instructions about avoiding even the most tempting treats. But, unless you have steel-plated willpower, I also know that, while you may cut back a little on your amounts, that you probably arent willing to totally give up the party goodies and platefuls of your favorite holiday foods. Lets face it you need another approach to holiday weight control that you are willing to live with. Why not prepare for this years holiday season by losing 10 or more pounds before the Christmas festivities begin? Now, before you panic - Im not suggesting that you go on a starvation diet to accomplish that, but simply make some lifestyle and body chemistry changes that will rapidly result in weight loss, energy gain, and other physical improvements. Does that sound impossible? Let me assure you, based on results I have seen with my patients, not only is it totally possible, but it is relatively painless and amazingly simple. Im sure you realize that a healthy diet, proper exercise, and rest all contribute to your health and wellness, but if your body chemistry is out of balance, they may not contribute to your weight loss efforts. Thanks to a collaboration of anti-aging scientists and physicians, it is now possible for the masses to scientifically correct 5 major body chemistry issues in just 10 days, leading to the weight loss that I am recommending for your holiday relief. Here are your 5 body chemistry areas. Blood sugar Lower your blood sugar levels through careful attention to the glycemic index. Are you eating too many carbs? By watching your carbohydrate intake, you can lower your blood sugar levels, which will increase your energy, stabilize any mood swings, and trigger your body to release fat. As an added bonus, you will control or avoid type 2 diabetes with proper blood sugar control. Body toxicity Did you know that addressing colon and liver toxicity issues will make a huge difference in your health? Did you know that an average person carries around 7-25 pounds of fecal matter internally? If you lower your body toxicity levels, you can reduce gas, bloating, bad breath, and body odor. You will also non-surgically flatten your tummy, while correcting constipation and/or diarrhea issues. Control of parasites, candida albicans, and intestinal funguses Another vital issue you need to address in taking control of your health and weight is the control of parasites, candida albicans, and intestinal funguses. If you have any of these problems, you may suffer from water retention, sugar cravings, mood swings, poor sleep, and allergies. If you have ever taken antibiotics, then chances are you have an intestinal flora or candida albicans issue. Even if you dont take antibiotics, you can ingest antibiotics through meat and dairy products. Chemistry issue of acid/alkalinity You will want to check the acid/alkalinity of your bodys pH. If you are too acidic, then you will be a vapor weight gainer, putting on weight rapidly for no apparent reason. You will also be tired and allergy and illness prone, and it has been proven that people who are too acidic are the ones who get cancer. Being alkaline helps you have more natural vitality and will help you maintain good weight management effortlessly. Turn up the burn on fat You can do this while enhancing metabolism by natural means and controlling appetite. One way to enhance metabolism is to eat regularly scheduled meals every day. Skipping meals slows down metabolism as the body goes into storage mode, thinking it is not going to receive food so it begins to conserve. Of course, you will want to remember to practice proper deep breathing so that your cells have enough oxygen to function efficiently and to the best of their abilities. I also want to remind you that all your body systems, from the smallest cell to the largest organ (the skin), cannot function properly without proper amounts of water. Your personal water formula is 2 quarts of water (plus another 8 oz for every 25 pounds you need to lose) per day. If you will make the simple lifestyle changes that can affect these body chemistry balances in your body, I can assure you that you will not only reach your goal before the holidays begin, but you will find them amazingly helpful during and after the season has passed as well. Remember, these are lifestyle changes that I am suggesting. They are yours for keeps. May you enjoy a slimmer and happier holiday season and many more to come. Teak Garden Furniture

By Marcus Peterson Superbly crafted teak garden furniture adds beauty and elegance to any garden. It is also a symbol of luxury and affluence. Garden furniture may be permanent or temporary. Temporary garden furniture is mainly used for relaxation. It is kept outside and can be moved to the garage when the weather gets colder. Temporary garden furniture is generally made from lightweight materials to make it easy to move. Permanent garden furniture is rarely moved. It is selected for its looks first, then its comfort. Since teak is the most durable of all hardwoods, most customers prefer garden furniture made from teak wood. Even though it is expensive, the demand for teak garden furniture is growing year by year. Maiden Name Search Strategies Or How To Trace Your Family Tree

By Michael D. Weber While it is not always easy to discover the maiden name of a female ancestor, there are numerous approaches which can be successful, and will perhaps lead to you discovering a completely new branch of your family tree. Or perhaps you want to know more about an ancestor or another person you just know the maiden name of. Maybe you will even find living relatives you never knew anything about! The most direct and straightforward method to locate maiden names, or find people by maiden name, is to search through marriage records. This can be done at sites like http://www.findapersonservice.com or http://www.searchmaidenname.com and is usually the best and most reliable option. Marriage records do not only include the marriage license, but also documents like marriage certificate, bonds, and announcements. It is of course helpful to know the marriage location and at least an approximate marriage date - otherwise it can be quite difficult to find the right record. Another source of correspondence between maiden names and other cues are cemetery records. Quite often, they will list women's maiden names along with the married name, or may also include the maiden name as a middle name or initial. Maiden name lookup is also possible via census, land, church, birth death records. Land is often inherited from father to daughter, with maiden names being included in the deeds. Church records are a good source for christening records, which typically include the names of the parents along with the maiden name of the mother. A couple of sites offer custom-tailored services which simplify and accelerate the process, for instance http://www.searchmaidenname.com. Of course, nobody guarantees that your search will be successful even with such helper tools - but they pretty much take most of the effort out of maiden name research. Nokia Cellular Phone Models Are Backed By Experience

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Neil_Day]Neil Day When it comes to electronics makers that have a track record for service, few companies in the marketplace today can top the backing a Nokia cellular phone has. The company that creates these cell phones is not only one of the leaders in the industry, it was one of the developers. The Nokia cellular phone company actually found its roots in the 1800s in something quite different than phones. Its founding business was in paper, rubber and cables. As time marched forward and technology along with it, Nokia adapted. With this adaptation came the entry into the electronics industry. From the 1960s through the 1990 the Nokia cellular phone company was born into the corporation it is today. The company helped pioneer mobile communications and continues to be a leader today. In fact, Nokia has sold more than a billion phones worldwide and is constantly working to improve and expand on cell phone technology. Anyone in the market for a mobile will soon find that Nokia cellular phone models tend to dominate the field. With just about every major phone provider offering Nokia models as their standard offers, these phones range from affordable and basic to very elaborate and quite expensive. There's pretty much a Nokia model to fit every budget. A Nokia cellular phone model doesn't mean limited options either. As the company moves forward in its mission to maintain leadership, it is constantly upgrading even its most basic of models. These phones offer everything from regular calling and two-way features to cameras and music players. Viewing screens on some of these phones even enable watching movies or videos on the go. With the extensive availability of Nokia cellular phone models comes some perks for those who choose to use them. Since the phones are quite common, accessories for the phones are readily available. There generally isn't an issue in finding cases, carriers or even new faceplates to make them look a little different. In addition to this, it's also pretty easy to replace a Nokia phone since they are so readily available. Offering the backing of a company that's been around for more than 100 years, Nokia cellular phone models are considered some of the best on the market. Providing choices for those who can't afford along while also providing high-end models, these phones cover the gamut. And, with more than a billion sold, it's little wonder the company is an industry leader. All I Really Need Is a Brochure

By Deborah Henken How many times have you thought that all your business needs is a nice brochure? Nothing fancy, just something to pass out at trade shows. It would surely solve a lot of your sales problems. You may even think it shouldn't cost much. It would look great printed on the new office color printer, right? Unfortunately, nothing in life or business is quite that easy. Many small businesses rely on brochures as their first form of sales communication but find them unsuccessful because they underestimate the skills and resources necessary to publish effective and attractive materials. The appearance and content of brochures and other sales material are so important because they represent your company to customers, suppliers, investors and employees. This is the first impression and, basically, your sales materials are your company in many people's minds. For that reason, even small businesses benefit from hiring qualified professionals to create their communication or advertising materials. However, for some businesses, the do-it-yourself route is the only option early on. Ultimately, whether you use professionals or rely on your own desktop publishing expertise, the following list of helpful hints can keep your brochure moving in the right direction. Talk to your reader. This gets back to the important premise of 'know your customer'. First, who is your audience? What is the best way to communicate with them? For example, when you talk to engineers, do they want to see photos of your company's equipment or charts on your product's performance? When you talk to the manager of a customer's purchasing department is he or she most interested in productivity, yield, costs, customer service or invoicing systems? Do you know whether customers want to see photos of your facility or your employees or both? Bottom line, what will make potential customers take the time to read your brochure? Clearly define the purpose of your brochure. Will it be your only sales piece? Will you hand it out at a trade show with other materials or mail it to potential customers with a cover letter? Does it need to communicate only general information about your company or actively help you make a sale? The purpose determines its design and content. Define and communicate this clearly to the writer and designer of your brochure. Get ideas about design and information. Check out brochures and other sales material from your competitors and others at the next trade show you attend. Pick up samples that you find attractive and informative to use as a basis for your own project. Look up catalogues in the Thomas Register and check out web pages on the Internet. Try to understand how these companies convey their message. Analyze the information, photos, writing and designs in the materials and use them as a reference when designing your own brochure. One word of caution and advice, don't let those expensive, glossy materials from the large companies intimidate you; learn from them. Get ideas that work from the expensive materials and adapt them to fit your budget. Large companies put large budgets of research and design into their materials, by reviewing them, you, too, can understand what works and use it too. Tell the benefits of your product or service. Remember that you are in business because you solve a problem for your customers and thus, give them a benefit. For example, your potential customer really needs a contractor to build and design parts for his airplane. If you are a parts manufacturer and have aerospace engineers on staff to design these parts, that is a benefit to your customer be sure they know! How well you communicate your unique benefits to your customers will determine whether or not they will choose to do business with you. Provide something memorable and valuable. Don't bore your audience with sales clichs or the same old industry charts that everyone uses. Try to create the brochure that people not only remember but also keep on file! Incorporate a call to action. Say "call now" or "visit our website" with the contact information immediately following. Commit the necessary dollars. Although it is tempting to cut corners, this is not the time to give an out-of-work relative the chance to earn a little extra income. Hire an experienced professional to help you with the graphic art and copywriting. It is ideal to hire a marketing communications specialist to coordinate your communications and sales materials. Companies with smaller budgets can find many skilled independent graphic artists and writers rather than large agencies. When hiring graphic artists, copywriters or printers, be sure to review samples of their previous work and ask for written bids. You can find these professionals through your network of business associates or through reference materials. Take your brochure seriously. If you are willing to spend time and money on a brochure, make sure the project is completed on time, on budget and that the company actually uses it for the intended purpose. Place it on your list of projects to manage with very definite timelines. Don't assume that someone else will take care of the details, including proofreading. Remember, this represents your company to the world - give it the time it deserves. Enjoy the project and the rewards. Remember that a well-done communications project impacts your company's profits as well as its image. A good marketing piece also helps inform and focus the sales staff and provide them tools for the trade. Develop the message with your sales force and they will utilize the brochure in their customer calls. College Loan Scholarships

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Max_Bellamy]Max Bellamy College education is an expensive but essential part of a person's life. A number of colleges in the US provide scholarships to academically bright students. However, most scholarships cover only half or three fourth of the fees. In such cases, students have to make their own provision for paying the remainder of the course fees as also other expenses that need to be met. A number of institutions provide loans to students who have part scholarships. These loans not only help them pay the remaining amount of their college fee but also help fund other expenses such as buying books, lab equipments, tool kits and uniforms. It also covers traveling expenses and living expenses of the students. There are two different types of college loans available for students on scholarships namely, federal loan and private loan. Either of the two loans can be taken directly by the students or by their parents. Some students take out unsecured loans, which do not require a collateral. There are college loan scholarships in the US, which provide financial help from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars. College loans taken by a student has predefined repayment and interest laws. The rate of interest in most cases depends on the type of loan taken out and students can opt for fixed or floating return payment options. The minimum repayment term is one year but the maximum time that can be used to repay the debts can vary depending on the policies of the agency offering the loan and the type of loan taken. Students can either start repaying their loan while they are still studying in college or after they have graduated. Some loan institutions insist that the students applying for a loan should either be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the country. Online college loan application procedures for scholarship students are simple and the applications are processed within a couple of days of submitting the application. After approval, the funds are disbursed within a week. Girl Talk - Boy Talk

By Sharon Jacobsen Chas and Dave wrote a song about it and how right they were. Women just love to rabbit! Whether you calling it chatting, nattering, gassing or just plain talking, we're way ahead of the opposition in the vocal stakes. Not that I'm saying it's a reason for our men to dump us, as suggested by Chas and Dave, but I've no doubt there are times when they wish we'd put a sock in it. More often than not, talking to another woman is far less work than trying to get a decent conversation going with a bloke. How many times haven't you tried initiating conversation by mentioning something you're sure he'd find agreeable only to receive the standard "mmmm" reply. If you know he loves BMWs and there's a fine example of one parked along the road, try saying "that's a nice car, isn't it?" and see what happens. Yepp, the standard reply. If you really want to get him talking, try "I can't see what anybody sees in those cars" and before you know it, he'll be chatting on about how reliable the engine of a BMW is (assuming it is, of course), how comfortable the interior is, not to mention how well planned the layout is and the luggage room's just awesome! And did you know it can do 0-60 at the speed of a fart? The point is, men need to be dragged into action through a good disagreement. Small talk, just for the sake of it, isn't their forte. It's hardly surprising, given our differences, that men become frustrated at their women who constantly want to talk about things that offer no argument. They don't see the point in discussing the scent of the roses unless you happen to think it smells like sherbet whilst he thinks it smells of honey! And if you've already decided to get a Greyhound, why continue to talk about them? The subject would really only merit further discussion if you've started doubting the decision but to him, simply reiterating that Greyhounds make wonderful pets is hardly worthy of word expenditure. Women, on the other hand, are happy to spend hours discussing various aspects of life, be it which washing powder does the job best (although I have to admit that this particular subject has a short life around here) to whether or not there's life in outer space. We'll analyse our lives from every perceivable angle and serve our emotions on a plate to be shared and devoured. When we talk about sex it's because we're either experiencing difficulties in that department or finally achieved multiple orgasm. The fact that the bloke standing next to the BMW (the one you earlier admired with your partner) has a huge lunch box isn't THAT important to us. Sure, we'll joke about it but where men stop at "I'd give her one", women will discuss 'why' they'd give him one. How often have you known your partner (or father or brother) to pick up the phone for no other reason than because they fancy a chat? They may well have done during your courting days but do they ever call their male friends just to have a natter? I doubt it. Women, on the other hand, can spend hours on the phone to the same girlfriend, talking about anything and everything, going into minute detail about every event that's happened since last time they spoke and still finding it all just as interesting as they would've had it been the very first conversation they'd ever had. When witnessing this behaviour, men simply shake their heads and wonder how the heck we can find so much to talk about to somebody we visited with for three hours just last week. To a man, the telephone is either a means of making contact when something needs to be said or done or, for some, a means of getting a quick thrill through dialling premium rate numbers. It certainly isn't a tool designed for nurturing friendships. I'm not saying that men will never talk; of course they talk. Men are great at discussing business deals and are generally happier speaking publicly than women are but they need a definite goal to make talking worthwhile. To them, when talking about next door's new car, the technical specs are what interest them, whereas we'd probably wonder about it's cost and how on earth they managed to afford it! Gossipy, yes, but that also comes naturally to women. Evidently, our propensity for gossip stems from way back when we lived in caves. The men went out to hunt leaving the women to look after the cave and offspring. For those women, it was important to know what was going on around them in order to keep their own home and family safe, something which eventually evolved into gossip once we mastered the art of meaningful speech. Knowing that Missus Chucklebum could be likely to steal your food supplies or that old man Poop-pants had been known to rape women while their men were away were important things to know. Gossip was what moved this information quickly through the villages, rather like the jungle drum. Unfortunately, gossip often changes facts so poor old Annie Spottyface was seduced by Tommy Littleballs could easily turn into something that makes Annie sound as if she's slept with half the village. Men, as much as they deny it, also gossip. They don't see it as such because their gossip takes on a different stance. Knowing that Dave has put a new turbo in his motor or that Bob's been promoted is just as much gossip as anything we women talk about. Men gossip because, going back to the days of old again, they needed to know which tribes or villages were strong and with which weapons they were likely to fight with. That sort of thing translates in our modern society to who's got the most money (money = power) and what they've earned it by doing. Facts were, and still are, important to them from a strategic point of view. My partner would call it "intelligence gathering" but no matter what impressive name you put to it and how pretty the packaging is, it's still gossip, plain and simple. They just don't do it quite as much as us ladies. Conversation's a bonding agent between women, something that men don't need. They bond through activities; either doing them or discussing them. If they're not out on some muddy field kicking a ball around then it'll be "Did you see Beckham's penalty last night?". Oh, and "look at the knockers on that" will sometimes come into play because sex is an activity just as much as football, biking, fixing cars, fishing or downing pints. Most of us have heard that women use about three times as many words a day than men but even so, mixed gender company, men are likely to dominate the conversation. Why? Because they need to exert their power and strength, of course. That isn't to say there aren't women who wouldn't dream of allowing a man to dominate in this way and there are also men who wouldn't dream of trying but in general, men like to have their voices heard. I'm afraid we girls have to take some of the blame for that, too, because of our tendency to tack a question on the end of a statement. Saying "that was a lovely meal, wasn't it?" allows others to jump straight in and, in the case of a man, answering the question then allows him to go on to change the subject in order to satisfy his need to dominate the conversation. Believe me, the only way we can control a conversation is to stop leaving open-ends, because while we might see them as showing a concern for the opinions of others, men will see them as weak statements from a woman who doesn't know her own mind. Another way in which the sexes differ can be clearly seen when a woman wants to discuss something that's bothering her. I'd be reasonably well off now if I'd been given a pound for every time I heard a woman complain "he always has to be so argumentative". He isn't doing it to hurt, though; it's just his nature. Discussion's good, small talk's a waste of time. We just have to accept that they're not women (and I can assure you there are times when I'm glad my partner isn't) and let them do what comes naturally. That, incidently, also includes offering advice. Again, for him, if the conversation's to achieve anything, a solution's needed. You might not want advice but he's gonna give it, regardless. One friend complained that her husband wouldn't listen to her problems because she never took his advice anyway and if she isn't going to listen to him, why should he bother to listen to her? I can see that a man could get frustrated by women who "don't listen" but when we desperately want to share our feelings with somebody else without being "told what to do", that's when we really need our women friends. For life to continue, women need men, but when it comes to talking, women need women. It's good to be understood. Choosing The Perfect Winter Wedding Bouquets

By Shaunta Pleasant Few things are as critical to a successful wedding ceremony and reception as the flowers you choose. The right winter wedding bouquets can highlight and compliment any type of wedding, from the most casual to the most elegant. The key is to match the wedding flowers to your taste, that of your fianc, and that of your family members. ==Choosing A Florist Who Has A Lot Of Experience== There are many different kinds of winter wedding bouquets on the market, and it is of course important to choose a florist who has a lot of experience in creating floral designs and bouquets for weddings. Chances are you will be buying your winter wedding bouquets from the same florist who does your other wedding flowers, so it is important to shop around for the best value. ==View Bouquets Of The Florists Past Work== It is also always a good idea to look at other winter wedding bouquets the florist has created. It is generally better and more desirable to look at the actual bouquets themselves, but if no such bouquets are available, you may be able to get an idea of the quality through photographs of past wedding ceremonies. ==Get References From All Florist You Are Considering Using== It is also important to get references from any wedding florist you are considering and to be sure to follow up with those references. Be sure to ask those you contact what they liked, and what they did not like, about their wedding flowers. This kind of first hand experience is one of the most valuable tools to use when shopping for the perfect flowers for your wedding. ==Make Sure that The Flowers Compliment The Colors Used In Your Wedding== It is also important to make sure that the flowers you choose for your wedding and your bouquets compliment the colors which will be used in your wedding. Choosing flowers in complimentary colors will help to provide a consistent look and feel to your wedding and it will make the church and reception hall all the more attractive for the big day. Remember Family And Friends Year-Round With The Perfect Gift

By Aldene Fredenburg Many of us restrict gift-giving to birthdays, holidays, and other special occasions; but why not surprise family and friends with a present that continues to delight all year? Magazine and newspaper subscriptions, book clubs, even flower and gourmet food clubs will send your loved one a new present periodically throughout the subscription period. Food clubs have become tremendously popular and amazingly varied. The Fruit of the Month Club has been around for decades, and has been joined by offerings from gourmet chocolate to coffees to pastries to wine and beer; the growth of the Internet has boosted the popularity of these clubs tremendously. Whether your friend is a gourmet coffee fan or a sushi freak, theres probably a food of the month club out there to suit her. Of course theres the issue of paying for the club offerings. Magazine subscriptions can be paid up front, but gifting with a food club is trickier. Contact the club and find out if you can prepay for the monthly specials, or whether the club can send the gift to the recipient and bill you. Also check to see how the club runs; does it simply offer one item to be shipped automatically, or, like book clubs, does it offer a special each month and alternatives that can be ordered in addition to or instead of the special? If the latter, you might want to ask if you can set a price limit on the orders. Dont restrict yourself to holiday and birthday giving, even with these clubs. If you come across a club thats absolutely perfect for someone, order it on the spot; dont wait for Christmas, or you may forget about it. Just let the recipient know somethings coming in the mail so he wont question why the package arrived and possibly send it back. Augmented Reality and Holographic Projection in Colleges

By Lance Winslow These days there is a big shortage of really good college professors. The professors are paid a lot of money and that costs students in tuition and well it prevents many students who do not have the money from going to college. Additionally we have too much political bias in American Colleges, which is brainwashing students to a liberal skew. Now that is not to say that a Democratic View of the World is a bad thing or a good thing, but rather simply saying that perhaps politics ought not to preached in the classroom. Now then to solve these problems I would like to see Holographic Technologies, which are getting closer to becoming reality used in the classrooms. There will be no more sexual misconduct between Male Professors and their female and/or male students, thus keeping up the integrity of the learning institution. I propose Holographic Professors teaching the best approved syllabuses in Virtual and Augmented Reality. Now then, one could argue that if we take away the human aspect of education that this would jeopardize our higher education system. However this argument is baseless because currently we already have a problem and it is no properly being addressed. By removing the human factor, we also cost costs, remove abuse and protect the integrity of the information being taught. The top professor can be video taped and we can use his holographic image and pay him royalties. This will get other professors to compete for the best taped course without political preaching, thus we maintain the integrity of the system and everyone wins. Think on this. Tips for Designing Bonsai Trees

By Francesca Black Bonsai are shaped by trimming the branches or by wiring them into new positions. You are dealing with living things, and you must be respectful of that. You will kill trees. This is a sad fact of the activity, especially as you start out. Commit yourself to understanding why every tree dies and what can be done to prevent it. Learn from your mistakes and do your best to prevent them in the future. Every tree is different. Learn to care for a few different types of plants, and grow your collection from there. How to Begin the Art of Bonsai Remove the tree from the plastic pot by turning the pot upside down, tapping the bottom, and letting the tree slide out into your hand. The soil should not be too dry, so that the root ball remains intact. Gently scrape away the topsoil around the base of the tree, to expose the lower trunk (about one quarter to one half inch). Try not to break too many surface roots. First thing is to look at the roots of the tree and check to see if it gives the appearance of a strong foundation. Cut off the bottom third of the soil and roots, and flatten out the remaining root mass. Prepare the bonsai pot by placing a piece of screen over each drainage hole, and pour a layer of potting soil into the bottom of the pot. Place the tree in the pot, pour in the remaining soil, and pack it firmly. Finally, submerge the bonsai, pot and all, in water, up to the base of the trunk, and let it sit in the water for a few minutes. Interesting Bonsai Visual Effects In bonsai, the rule of thirds states that the first (lowest and biggest) branch should be at about one third of the total height of the tree. It is the trunk that gives the tree its visual strength, and every effort should be made to have at least the bottom two-thirds of the height clear of branches at the front of the tree. Next is checking the trunk. The shape of the trunk will basically determine the style you choose. In almost all cases, however, a thick base, which tapers gradually and gently to a thin apex, will make for a nice tree. Which style you prefer will depend on the movement of the trunk. Look at the branching pattern. The lower branches should be thick while the upper ones should be thin. The branches should be laid out like the spokes of a wheel with some going to the back. This will give the tree depth when you look at it. No two branches should leave the trunk at the same level. The handlebar effect is unnatural looking and, if left, will cause the trunk to swell at their level causing an ugly bulge in the trunk line. If your tree has such a fault you should, if a deciduous tree, remove one of the branches entirely. Try to avoid having branches spaced evenly down the trunk. Reduce the distance between the branches as you go toward the top of the tree. Finally examine the plant to see if it is healthy. Be sure not to wire so tightly that you cut into the bark, or so loosely that you do not have support. Minor wire marks can sometimes add interest and show that the tree has been trained, giving branches character after several years. However, major wire marks are very ugly. To hide any marks that look unnatural you can strategically place foliage at intervals in front of the trunk, so that the trunk line is not completely visible. It may be ten years (or longer) before your plant will actually be a bonsai. Don't be discouraged by this, but think of it as part of the experience. Perhaps most importantly, understand that when you put a tree in a pot you are committing yourself to the care of that tree. You cannot simply ignore it or it will die. Bonsai is a responsibility as well as a hobby. If you practice it with care and patience, the rewards are tremendous. Aromatherapy Healing With Pure Essential Oils and Crystals

By KG Stiles Recently I attended the Roxy Ann Gem and Mineral Show. This was my first time to attend this annual event sponsored by the Roxy Ann Gem and Mineral Society. I was delighted to discover crystals of rare quality and value on display at the show. The world class specimens available for sale were truly impressive. On arriving I was immediately drawn to a booth of exquisite crystals owned by a couple from Mount Shasta, California. My acupuncture friend who accompanied me to the event was especially interested in purchasing a Vogel crystal, a precision crafted healing instrument. I fell into a lively conversation with my new friend from Mount Shasta, a woman named Nan, bombarding her with my numerous questions about healing with gemstones and crystals. She was a veritable fountain of practical information. As I spoke with Nan about my work and what I was looking for she pulled out her treasure box of Vogel crystals. She lifted the lid and I was awed by the Vogel crystals I saw inside. Nan's collection of Vogels, except for one, were rather large instruments and all were optic, completely clear with no inclusions, making them extremely powerful and highly valued as clear crystals have the largest capacity for healing. They had serendipitously come to Nan by way of a Vogel dealer in Sweden. As I held the Vogels, one by one, I could feel their force for generating and amplifying energy as it coursed through my body. It was an awesome experience! I handled the smallest Vogel crystal and considered purchasing it, the price was affordable. Most of the Vogel crystals Nan offered for sale were priced at several hundred to over a thousand dollars. Continuing to ask questions I spoke about the vision for my work and my interest to amplify my results obtained in practice, as well as using crystals to enhance the effects of PurePlant Essentials by transferring the energy of gemstones and crystals into the oils. Nan lit up like a light bulb as I spoke and showed me her treasured collection of Lemurian Seed Crystals, sharing her story about them. How they were found and their purpose. After much deliberation, holding and sensing each of the Lemurian Seed Crystals generating and amplification capacity for healing I finally chose two that seemed perfectly aligned with me and my intent for doing healing work. In my next article in this series about Aromatherapy Healing With Pure Essential Oils and Crystals you will learn about the legend of the Lemurian Seed Crystals and empirical findings when using them in practice, and how I am using them to amplify the effects healing with pure essential oils. Go in Peace and Be Healed of Your Affliction, Dramatized Story of Healing Based on Mark 5:24-34

By Matthew Robert Payne If I were to gather all the tears I had cried I would fill a large pool. I had wept so many tears to God, crying for His mercy and asking Him to give the doctors wisdom so they could heal me. I was a devout woman, a woman of prayer and a woman whose prayers for others seemed to work. I had a condition for many years where I was considered unclean as a Jewish woman and this seriously restricted where I could go. The one place I wanted to worship the Lord God was in the synagogue and my unclean status made it impossible for me to worship God in that holy place. My heart was very sore and my faith was strong but my hardship was always taking its toll on me and many days all I could do was cry and cry. So many times I cried myself to sleep and being a woman in my condition I could not bear children and this was also a heartache for me all these years, my husband having left me many years ago in frustration and now having children to another woman. I look at his children with affection when I catch a glimpse of them from a distance, but in Israel I am treated by the people like a leper and its not something I am allowed to do, to approach these children. They could have been my children born to the husband I still loved with all my heart. Life had dealt me a cruel and harsh blow, but in the Psalms of King David I found my solace and I did not hold my condition against God, yet still I wept and cried out each week for mercy from God. The Rabbis had some sort of concern for me but they did not possess the answers for me and were kind of embarrassed when their eyes encountered me in the marketplace as they realized that their faith did not have the power to heal me of my affliction. I heard about another Rabbi that was in town and he had caused quite a stir. He was very young and the people close to me that didnt see me as unclean in my heart told me he was my only hope. He was a devout man, a man of prayer with always a throng of people around him. I tried on a couple of occasions to approach him but there always seemed such a crowd around him that you could never get close enough to get his attention. Reports of his healings were everywhere and people were abuzz and with reports of his wisdom that seemed too wise for even the teachers of the law. He was just an average looking guy, and he had a knowing within him and the way he walked showed great confidence. As he walked through the crowds there were always people being healed by him and yet because he was so good, so many people like me missed out as there simply was not enough room around him for everyone to be healed unless he stopped walking and simply asked every person to approach him that was sick in which times is was reported that everyone was healed. Our town had never been that fortunate as he was busy and had important things to be doing. I was on the way back from getting a few supplies today when he seemed to appear out of nowhere and his pace was fast as he was following the leader of the synagogue. It seemed like God had shown favour on me that day as he came from no where out of a house and was crossing the marketplace right toward me. I quickly ran toward him and as I approached him others pushed in around him and though I approached him from the front, other people blocked me from meeting him face to face and I was relegated to the back of him. But I was not going to miss my chance today. I could not meet him face to face and beg of his mercy the only hope I had was to push my way close to him and try and touch his garment. People pushed me and the people who knew me tried to stare me down telling me I had no right to approach a holy Rabbi like this one, but years of my affliction pushed me on and today seemed to be an answer to my prayers. Its just as I was going to give up in the throng when a gap appeared suddenly and I reached forward and grabbed his garment. Immediately my blood stopped flowing and in my spirit I knew I had been healed and the joy that shot through me could not be compared to anything on earth. I was so full of joy and peace I was in another world and I turned to depart in silence. Suddenly Jesus stopped and there was a commotion among His followers and Jesus wanted to know who was the person that had touched Him. His voice was stern and it wasnt a voice to be ignored. I was shocked and a little scared at his tone and I knew that I had to come clean with what I had done. Even though I knew I was healed it suddenly seemed that I was in some sort of trouble. I fell at His feet and cried and told Him my story. I told him of my tears for all these years and how I had tried to approach Him to meet him face to face many times and even tried to do so today but it was impossible to get to Him. I told Him that I had the faith simply to try and catch hold of His garment and that I knew I would be healed and so I had done it and I had been healed. He put His hand out and pulled me to my feet and wiped the tears from my cheek and smiled and said to me. Daughter your faith has made you well. Go in peace and be healed of your affliction. As He spoke the words I felt peace enter my heart again and an explosion of joy and I grabbed Him and kissed him on the cheek. I was unclean and rejected and yet this holy Rabbi touched me and healed me. I once was a lost cause and now my whole life had hope. He smiled at me and told me He was happy to have healed me and then He turned and went on his way. Today I look back at that day with much happiness in my heart. Jesus had the power to heal. He had more then an empty message He had the power to heal afflictions. Today I have seen Peter the apostle come through this town and I have seen him with the same power of Jesus. My God is so much more real to me and now with the Baptism of the apostles I can talk to Jesus in heaven and he answers me back. I am so in love with this Jesus that healed me and made me a worthy and happy member of society. He is an awesome husband to the widow and he can be real in your life. You can develop an ear to His Spirit speaking if you take a chance. To be filled with the Spirit and to pray in the Spirit is so refreshing. God gives me little words of encouragement for the people I know and on a couple of occasions I have also laid my hands on the sick and they have been made well. My former husband allows me to see his children and his wife is not jealous of me in any way and in fact the children like me like their own mother. My life is full of so much joy and the story in the Bible just doesnt seem to be long enough to fully express my joy and so I dramatized it for you today. There are answers in Jesus. He still has people on earth that can really heal people. He still has people on earth that can cast out demons and He still has people on earth that can hear clearly from Him and write messages for individuals or groups of people called prophecy. Jesus is no figment of imagination and He is no man that just walked the earth who men wrote about. Jesus is real and He gives his power to men on earth who can be mighty men. They exist, these men, these mighty healers, and people really need to get a little desperate and grab hold of their garment. Not everyone in Israel got healed and if you suffer you might not get healed, some things are in Gods sovereign will and we cant understand, but miracles are still happening on earth today. You need to take Jesus as the Word of God says. He is the same yesterday, today and in the future. His signs and wonders were evident in the days He walked and they will be evident everywhere people walk in the full knowledge and faith of his eternal Word. The Holy Sprit has not lost His power and He is still able to work mighty signs on the earth. Seek your healing, seek the garment of Jesus. He is the King of Kings and He set me free, perhaps He can set you free too. Love The woman from Matthew 5: 25-34.
